31.22 Earthing

31.22(i) Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. as required .

31.22(ii) Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

31.22(xii) Pdg. and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

31.30 (IV) Supply and erection of weather proof M.S.Box of size 20 cm x 15 cm x 10 cm. covered with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet hinged cover, locking arrangemrnt , housed in wall , including the cost of 1 no. 16 amp. 415 volts kit-kat and 2 nos. 63 amp. 415 volts neutral links fixed on hard wood board in the M.S.Box including painting and necessary connections .

31.33 Pedestal .Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah typeM.S.pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars . The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof . The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embeded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work:-

31.33 (ii) M.S.pedestal of size 750 mm wide , 900 mm high , 300 mm deep and bottom totally open , duly embeded in cement concrete block of size 900 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster , having a base of size 1050 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm below ground level .

31.40 Supply and erection of PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable single core 1100 volts grade in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe.

31.40 (i) Size 1.5 sqmm ( 3/0.81 )

31.51 Supply and erection of MS stand made of 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron frame and 150cm long, 30cm wide with MS sheet covering size 30cmx30cm 3.15mm thick fixed on the top of board & legs duly embedded in 1:2:4 cement concrete block 30cm below ground level including the cost of cement sand, welding, painting & fabrication charges etc. up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge of the work.

31.67 Supply and erection of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1Mtr. Below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of sutiable size socket/cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

(i) HDPE pipe 63/50 mm outer dia/inner dia.

31.68 Supply and Erection of Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole of 3mm thickness with base plate including cost of nut and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacture including cost of foundation accessories etc. The foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanized pole complete with door locking arrangement. Terminal plate consisting of 2 Nos. 100 A, 4 pole natural links including connectin etc. with suitable connecting arrangement for 2 No. MCBs/ Kit Kat including cost of R.C.C 1:1 5:3 for foundation of size 0.7M x 0.7 M x 1.8 M with minimum 8 Nos. 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm C.C for fixing the pole with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

(i) 7 Mtr. Long pole with top dia 70mm and bottom dia 130 mm with base plate of size 220x220x12mm

NS-1 Supply and Erection of LED flood light fitting Havells Make JETA-AIRISFLS150W or its equivalent model of Wipro LF20-192-060-57-XX / Philips with pressure die cast alluminium housing, IP-66 reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer including cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-2 Supply & Erection of Single arm bracket made of 40mm dia G l pipe B class lSl 1.25mtr. Long with coller pipe (Gl) 75mm dia 60 cm Long top covered with ornamental cap duly welded painted 2 coats of aluminum paints on bracket and golden paint of ornamental cap including the cost of labour and petty material etc. complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge of the work.

NS-3 Supply and Erection of LED street light lumanaries of Havells make Endura CITYLINER NEOSL 70W LED or its equivalent make of Wipro make LR02-781-xxx-57-xx / Philips make BRP409LED 065CW with die cast housing, toughened glass IP66 with all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the Entire Satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
