Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface (HSR 30.37.1)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete (HSR 30.21)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete (HSR 11.58)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work (HSR 30.28.1)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 7.22.2)

Dismantling cement conglomerate / terrazzo floors 25 mm to 50 mm manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within standard lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.(HSR 5.42)

Cement Concrete 1:8:16 Flooring:Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with Over burnt (Jhama) Brick Aggregate: 90 mm to 40 mm size in foundation and plinth.(HSR 10.100.1)

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(HSR 10.106)

N.S Recovery items Civil work

Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount, rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency.

Collection of old door received after dismantling of the existing work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 500/- each.
