Collection of old window received after dismantling of the existing work.(N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 250/- each.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.(HSR 4.14.1)

Supply & fixing Windows frames (Chowkhats) including mullions consisting frame fabricated from sheet roll formed out of 1.2mm thick galvanized sheet as per IS:277 (Base steel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120 gm/sqm & Powder coated with pure Polyester powder up to 50 microns (as per approved colour), 3 Nos. 100mm butt - hinges 2mm thick, 6 Nos. 1.2mm thick CRCA electroplated stiffner, 6 Nos. M.S hold fast with split and tail welded to stiffner plate 200mm long, receiver for aldrop, weld less corner assembly with brackets & screws, M.S tie rod 50mm x 25mm to be fixed at bottom finished with powder coated total thickness of coating 0.6mm of approved shade, fixed in position including the cost of cement concrete for 1 :2:4 for fixing lugs complete in all respects as per drawing, design, specification & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.Door Frame of size 125mm x 60mm with 37mm wide double rebate for 35mm door shutter (HSR 13.21.2)

Cement Concrete 1:8:16 Flooring:-Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with Over burnt (Jhama) Brick Aggregate: 90 mm to 40 mm size in foundation and plinth.(HSR 10.100.1)

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm having 1082 with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(HSR 10.106)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level.Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, over1aps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) (HSR 12.159.2)

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of dia 0.5 mm and average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors, windows and clerestory windows with necessary screws:30 mm thick shutters ,with ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size,Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood (HSR 12.32.2.1.2)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressedthree layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade I Type II, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides (HSR 12.158.2)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:35 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (HSR 12.37.1)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion, nodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868,Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) (HSR 12.157.1.1)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 7.22.2)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.3)

Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount, rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry@ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.(HSR 10.62)
