Supply of Three Phase 400 KVA (CPCB-IV plus ), Diesel Generating Set with AMF Panel comprising of: A. DIESEL ENGINE: 4 Cylinder, liquid cooled, Turbocharged After cooled, developing 75.5HP at 1500 RPM. This is electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke engine design to run continuously 1500 RPM. Diesel conforms to present CPCBIV plus norms. The diesel engine comprise of following: • Radiator with Fan • G3 as per ISO 8528 Part V class governor • Dry type Air cleaner with service indicator • Lube Oil and Fuel filter • First fill of lube oil and coolant. (Make: Stamford/LS/CG/Meccalte Panel Type : ECP Panel) ALTERNATOR: 1. Electric starter motor with soft starting system • Battery charging alternator • CRDI System • DOC • 2 X 12V DC battery B. Alternator, suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 rpm 415.00V, 0.80PF, 50.00Hz, Ph. in SPDP enclosure, self-excited, self-regulated Brush less, floor mounted an AVR. The alternator conforms to IS:133645, IS/IEC 60034-1 and will be suitable for tropical condition. 2. ± 0.5% Voltage regulationon in static conditions. 3. IP: 23 protections with class `H/F` insulation and temprature limited to class `H/F` insulation limited. 4. Permanent lubricated sealed bearing. 5. Permissible overload of 10% for 1 hour in 12 hours of operation. CANOPY SPECIFICATION: (Operational from 1010 KVA Onwards) 1. The enclosure is fabricated out of CRCA sheet. 2. The sheet components are not dipped in Tanks pre-traeted before powder coating. 3. The doors are gasketed with high quality EPDM gaskets to avoid leakage of sound. 4. The rock wool is further covered with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coated ms sheet. 5.
