31.67 Supply and erection of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1Mtr. Below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of sutiable size socket/cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Safety control (Trip) for low lubricant oil & high water temperature. Stop button. Lubricant oil pressure gauge. Coolent temperature gauge. ALTERNATOR 62.5 KVA 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 0.8 power factor,1500 RPM self excited, self regulated,screen protected alternator manufactured as per I.S 13364 and B.S 2613/ 1970 or the latest I.S specification with all standard accessories as supplied by manufacturer. Make: Crompton/Stanford/Jyoti/NGEF/Kirloskar ARRANGEMENT Engine and alternator, as above should be fixed on suitable baseframe of sturdy design made of channels with necessary reinforcement to take the load of engine and alternator and provided with 8 Nos dunlop make antivibrating pads.

AMF CONTROL PANEL: Automatic mains faiture (AMF) control panel shall be able to start up the DG set and transfer the loads on to the DG sets on mains faiture without requiring any human intervention similarly, on restoration of mains supply. It shall be able to transfer the load to mains supply and switch off the DG set automatically. The AMF panel shall be an enclosure with the IP-53/IP41 degree of protection to IS: 2147/1962 or 13947 (pt 1)/1993 fabricated from minimum 1.5 mm thick steel sheet duly pre - treated and aesthetically finished. The AMF control panel shall have the following instruments: (a) Microprocessor based relay with composite meter for digital display of :- 1. Generator viltage / AC mains voltage 2. Generator current 3. Load current 4. Power factor 5. Frequency 6. Energy 7. Three attempts engine start/ engine cranking relay 8. One - delay timer for load change over 9. One - delay timer for enginer shut off (b) Mode selector switch for setting the panel on any one position such as offi or auto or manual, or test. (c) Enginer On- Off switch (push button type) (d) MCCB/ MCB of suitable rating shall be provided (e) rectangular aluminum bus bars (one number for each phase, neutral and earthing terminal) of adequate ratings duly colour coded with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. (f) Two contractors of suitable rating (one for DG set & one for AC mains) with over load relay

(g) Under voltage relay for mains (h) Automatic battery charge for charging the battery from mains. This will be in addition to the battery charging alernator fitted on the engine (i) Instrument & control fuses (j) Five number indicating lamps to indicate mains "ON" load on mains, set running laod on set' and battery charger on'. (k) Audio visual alarm for' Low lubricating oil pressure', 'High water temperature (for water cooled), start failure, and DG over load". (l) Any other switch, instrument, relay or contractor etc. essential for smooth and trouble free functioning of DG set with AMF panel (to be specified by the tenderer in their offer with complete detail of the item) BATTERY AND LEADS 1 No. SMF Exide/Amron make 12 volts 25 plate150 AH capacity battery. with acid level indicating floator, battery stand, cell and lead to take off connection with suitable size of armoured cable of length required for the connection and suitable cable glands for making connection from alternator to control panel. The control panel will be complete with internal wiring, necessary fuses, cable and other accessories and cost of external control wiring. Power/control cable of suitable size and length SOUND PROOF ENCLOSURE (CANOPY) The generator shall be in a sound proof (acoustic) enclosure suitable for diesel generating set complete in all respect having following specification/feature:-

Residential type silencer provided to lower the noise of exhaust outlet canopy treated for antirust with reputed brand of paint with primer and colour compund. fresh air inflow and proper ventilation. modular in construction and provided with lockable doors. the sound proof enclosure shall be strictly as per CPCB prevalent norms. the sheet thickness should be as per manufacturer's standard and as per CPCB norms. (i) 62.5 KVA Diesel Generating Set with AMF Panel & sound proof canopy.
