[24.7.4]RCC FOUNDATIONS FOR DG SET 4. 125 KVA DG Set [Through Rate]

Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of 125 KVA water cooled , silent diesel Generating set as per CPCB- IV norms with latest amendments complete with alternator rated at three phase 415 volts, 50 cycle, 0.8 PF and 1500 RPM with AMF Panel (outside/inside the canopy), Acoustic Enclosure and battery charger etc.( To be installed out door on existing platform excluding cost of platform ) as per following specifications : A. DIESEL ENGINE :- Multi cylinder Engine developing output as per 125 KVA at 1500 RPM, Vertical, totally enclosed, water cooled, comprising compression ignition, electric start, minimum 4 stroke high speed diesel engine conforming to IS - 4722 , ISO - 3046, BS - 5514 and Engine should be as per CPCB IV norms. The engine shall be coupled with 3 phase 415 volts, 50 cycle, 0.8 PF and 1500 RPM, alternator as per IS - 4722 / BIS - 2613, rated for 24 hours of continuous operation with 10 % over load capacity for one hour in every 12 hours. The engine shall be complete with all standard and electrical accessories as per standard supply of manufactures comprising with ON / OFF start keys, Lube oil pressure gauge , Fuel Tank with capacity for 8 hours continuous running at full load. B) AMF Panel:- AMF Panel made with 1.60 mm thick CRCA Sheet with IP-53 protection as per IS /IEC :60947 (Part-I) / 2007 and should be complete with all standard accessories as required and as per followings :- (i) AC Digital volts and Amperes meter with selector switch of class 1.5 accuracy (ii) 3nos Pilot Lamps (RYB) and 5 nos. Indicating lamps to indicate Main low voltage , Load on Mains , DG set running , Load on DG set and battery charger ON (iii) 3nos, 4 pole MCCB of suitable capacity i.e 1no. on Mains supply input side ,1no. on output of DG set supply and 1no. on output supply of AMF panel (iv) 2nos, 4 pole Contractors of suitable capacity in AMF Panel for mains and DG Set (v) Under voltage relay for Mains (vi) Over voltage protection and any other accessories to make the generating set functional shall be installed as per manufacturer`s design. C) BATTERY and BATTERY CHARGER:- 1 No 12 Volts DC Maintenance Free battery with leads and container of suitable AH capacity.The battery charger with volt metre and Ammeter shall be installed of required size and rating for charging of battery from mains. This will be in addition to the battery charging alternator fitted on the engine. D) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Acoustic enclosure shall be provided as per Technical specification as follows :- 1) CONSTRUCTION and PAINTING : i) The enclosure shall be fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with Weather proof anti corrosion treatment to be provided to the entire structure with powder coating and Silent D.G. set container shall be of modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily at site of work. ii) The base fame shall be made of suitable section/Channel. iii) Residential Silencer of required size and length i/c all necessary material as reqd. iv) Durable industrial system is to be provided on the doors and doors are fitted with high quality EPDM gasket to avoid leakage of sound. v) Neutral/Body earthing points at the side of enclosure are to be provided. vi) Emergency stop push button shall be provided outside the container. vii) A LED fitting for proper light inside the canopy shall be provided. 2). ACCOUSTIC INSULATION :- i) Sound proofing of the enclosure shall be done with quality rock wood/Mineral wood conforming to IS-8183-1993 of 25mm thickness and density at 30 Kg./M compressed along with 3mm thick vinyl sheet and non ferrous sheet or PU Foam. ii) Exhaust pipe is to be thoroughly insulated by covering it with glass wool and further claded with Aluminium sheet. iii) A noise level as per CPCB- IV norms with latest amendments. Note:- Any other material required to complete the Acoustic Enclosure shall be installed as per manufacturer`s specifications.
