Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595 x595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity resistance (RH) of 99 % Light refectance ?85% Thermal Conductivity K + 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, fire performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 & 7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid moudle of size 600x600mm suspended fromceilingusing galvanized mild steel item (galvanised @80gsm) 50 mm longh 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T. The system should rest on perphery wall/partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shll be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights. The work shll be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. with or without groves HSR 13.92 CP 0%

Labour Rate

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats over one priming coat on new work., as per HSR 16.58 (C.P.@ 230%)

Providing and applying two coats of white cement based puttyover plusted surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including and carrigage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete in all respect (JK/Birla make )as per HSR 16.81 (C.P @ 230 %)

Providing and fixing Aluminium work for doors,windods,ventilators and partitins with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropiate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS;733 and IS;1285 fixed with raw plugs and screws or withfixing clips or wiht expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sidea wiht required neopene felt etc aluminium sections shall be smooth ,rust free staright mitered and jointed mechanically wharever required including clean angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling C.P brass/stainless steel screws,ect complete.Shutters of doors ,windows & ventilators including providing and fixing of hinges/pivote and making provision for fixing of fitting wherever required inculde the cost of PVC/neo[rene gasket required incuding Aluminium fitting as per HSR 17.95+ note(i) ( CP @ 15%)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layeers or graded wood particle confirming to IS 12823 I grade and partition frame fixed in aluminium doors windowa shutters and partion frame with c.p brass/stainless steel scrwes etc. complete HSR 17.97 CP 5%

Pvdg. Aluminium jali of thickness width opening 75mmx75mm i/c and fixing in frame with cost of screws etc. complete asa per HSR 17.100 C.P15%
