Chipping of unsound weak concrete, removing all spalled concrete, cleaning of rust 1 from affected reinforcement bars wherever required with wire brush. Cleaning of surface to remove existing plaster (if any), dust and loosly adhering particles completely and repairing all Cracks & joints with polymer modified high strength mortar. Providing and laying waterproofing treatment by applying IZONIL Hard - 100% waterproof, breathable and drying, fiber reinforced ready to use plaster in two layer at an average thickness of 15 mm (7.5 + 8 7.5mm), sandwiched with 110 GSM glass fiber mesh as per manufacturers specification, in line and level and finished smooth. Prior to application of Izonil Hard, entire surface should be water cured and bring to SSD condition. For increased adhesion , it is recommended to apply a cement slurry coat on brick wall before izonil application. The IZONIL waterproofing system shall be cured for 5 to 7 days and curing should start within 5-6 hours of application. 2.100% PAYMENT shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work (in all respect) plus 60 days

Supplying and fixing Galvanized steel/Galvalume self supporting sheet in roofing made from mild steel having thickness minimum 0.80 BMT having coating of zinc/Aluminium + Zinc including cutting to size and shape including fixing. The rates shall includes all cost of materials, taxes, labour, tools, plants, fixture etc. complete and fixing as per direction of Engineer in charge at site. Note:-Contractor will have to be submit the design of the roofing for approval of the Railway. Roof shall be provided only after getting it approved from the Railway.
