Repairing and rewinding of 11 KV/0.433KV, 500 KVA, three phase, ECE make copper-wound oil-immersed transformer. Rewinding of all three windings of the HT and LT side of the transformer with providing insulation, repairing of core, replacements of gaskets, washers, seals, silica gel, heat resistant painting of the inside tank of transformer, including dismantling, loading and unloading of the transformer at substation No. 1, NSG Campus Manesar and the workshop, to and fro transportation of transformers from NSG Campus Manesar to the workshop, installation of the repaired transformer at the site, testing and commissioning, etc as required. The quoted rate should include credit for old scrap material which will be retained by the contractor. The contractor shall have to provide twelve months warranty for the repaired transformer from the date of commissioning of the transformer. The contractor shall have to repair the transformer free of cost if the transformer gets defective within the warranty period for which, no extra payment will be made.
