INDOOR UNITS AHU TYPE WITH VRF

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of double skin, double deck typeceiling suspended ahu , 43 mm thick PUF insulated air handling unit comprising of mixing box, prefilter section with 10 micron filters, freesh air / return air/ bleed air / coil bypass / supply air dampers, cooling coil section with min.4 row cooling coil, SS 304 insulated drain pan, Fan + motor section with Fan, Motor, drive package (as per specification/drawing) vibration isolators and other accessories as required to complete the installation, fine filter section with 5 micron filters, air discharge plenum. All the AHUs shall include D.O.L/Star-delta starter (upto 7.5HP DOL, above 7.5HP star delta), AHU starter panel to included starter for heaters, humidifiers, etc., as per connected load as indicated in the Heat load summaary sheet. Fresh air for all AHUs mentioned here under will be 5 ACPH of specified room volume and coils to be sized accordingly and all AHUs to be controlled with OT (control panel) remote controller, the quote should include complete with suitable DOL / Star Delta Electrical Panle, 15 RMT suitable electrical cabling, Earthing, control cabling etc., in total to make complete set AHU smooth operation Client will Provide single point 3 phase power supply at AHU starter panel location. Total Static pressure of the below ahus to be considered as 125mm. All 3-phase Unit shall be installed along with starter panel as per the description metioned below: All AHUs to be sized for 10% more CFM than specified below. (Suitable for Out door installation). All AHUs shall be BMS compatible.

VRF Centralized control system

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Centralised Remote Controller (CRC) for the Entire Indoor and Outdoor Equipment Configuration for Above systems. Unit shall have provsion to ON/OFF entire VRF network, Temperature setpoint, Error detection on the screen (LCD screen with size not less than 10" x 5"), Emergency Stop, Schedule Program, Energy consumptio Kw/HP, % loading of VRF outdoor, Timer Extension, Schedule Program, Interlocking Control CRC shall have RS 485 port & shall be compatible with BMS. CRC shall Monitor & operate on a diagram by Layout view. Unit shall be compatible to interlocked or communicate with fire alaram signal. Note: CRC system shall not allow to trip entire VRV network if any of Indoor unit fails. CRC should always be inline with dedicated signals for both VRV units.

AHU Control Kit system

Filter

HEPA FILTER OT module made out of 16g aluminium sheets factory fabricated and fitted complete with minipleat filter of 99.97 % efficiency down to 0.3 micrron & 16g aluminium powder coated perforated Grille, OT module to be made out of 16 G aluminium in construction. Filters shall be considered as Minipleat ones with velocity ranging from 85 to 120 FPM with a minimum pressure drop not exceeding 25 mm wc, The module to be provided with aluminium low leakage volume control dampers at the inlet of the module, central opening for OT light pendents also to be considered. necessary GA drawings / technical specs to be approved before procurement. These modules to be suitable for ceiling suspension and necessary hooks / fitting arrangements to be provided to install these units along with Minipleat filters pressure testing, filter integrity testing ports.

OT Return air Risers (Floor mounted type) made out 20g Al Sheets and bottom filter, collar damer and perforated grill fixing arrangment, complete with pre filter of 20 micron, suitable filter removal arrangement, suitable for 450 to 650 cfm and each Riser height of 2.6 Mtr. The filter shall be flange type with outer dimension of 600 x 600 mm complete with 18g aluminium capsule perforated grills and grill fixing arrangement. Riser to be insulated with 13 mm thick nitrile rubber with suitable adhesive. necessary GA drawings / technical specs to be approved before procurement.

Damper, Diifuser & Grill

Duct installation, flange type Strip heater boxes complete with strip heaters , power and control cabling, air stat, gyeserstat, humidistat (step type) suitble for re heating capacity ranging from 6 kW.

CIVIL WORKS

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from MS Sheet and galvanized with Zinc coating of 120gms/sqm ( both side inclusive) as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37 mm at 1200 mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50 mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to angle hangers of 25 x 10 x 0.50 mm of requird size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate GI channel 45 x 15 x 0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in direction perpendicular to GI intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long GI wir at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall /partition with th help of rawl plugs at 450 mm entre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturers specification and also including the cost of making opening for lights fitting grill difussers cutout made with frame of perimter channel suitably fixed all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineers in charge but excluding the cost of painting with 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS :2095 (Part-I): 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)
