Establishment of Data Centre -all equipment’s and services as per Technical specifications

Server along with server rack, Monitor, and 3 KVA online UPS as per technical specification

IT Hardware which includes required Static IP, Router, Switches, firewall system as per technical specifications

High speed synchronous internet connection (min. 8 mbps upload and download) for five years

Digital Water Level Recorders (DWLRs) –Non Vented Pressure Type / Acoustic Type, with telemetry system

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Digital Water Level Recorders (DWLRs) with non –vented hydrostatic pressure type sensor with barometric pressure correction for individual station with measurement range (as per attached list) of up to 30 meter along with sensor cable, as per list of installation sites specified in Table-I, and Conductivity sensor along with sensor cable as per list of installation sites specified in Table-I, including junction box and 5 meter signal cable and necessary accessories with battery operated data logger and GSM & GPRS telemetry system, complete as per the technical specifications. OR Installation, Testing and Commissioning Digital Water Level Recorder, with Acoustic type water level sensor with measurement range of up to 150 meter,as per list of installation specified in Table- I, and Conductivity sensor along with sensor cable as per list of installation specified in Table- I along with interface cable including junction box, with all necessary accessories with battery operated data logger and GSM & GPRS telemetry system, complete as per the technical specifications. (Bidder should clearly specify the type of offered sensor for DWLR system in the technical responsiveness form) (Bidder has to supply only one type of either sensor)

Construction of Fencing with wire mesh (76 mm x 76 mm x 12 mm gauge) around the piezometer site as per drawing attached including Fabrication and supply, fixing and painting of Fencing angle iron, sign board of frame size 0.75 m x 0.6 m x 1.2 mm thick with cross strips and provisionto fix on wire mesh frame. Overall size of fencing will be 1 m x 1 m x 1.7 m above ground as per Drawing and Design including all labour and material etc. required as per technicalspecifications.

Cleaning of Piezometer using Air Compressor Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed (for 5 hours) including all accessories and labour charges (For All 300 Piezometer Locations as specified in this tender)

Integration of GSM &GPRS data with the existing State Hydrology Data Center and Cloud Server and e-SWIS/NHP Server with all ancillary equipment, as per technical specifications.

Five Years Operation & Maintenance after commissioning and Comprehensive Warranty for DWLRs with Telemetry system along with accessories, installed at designated locations as specified in schedule, after final acceptance and up gradation of all software associated with DWLR systems. This includes replacement of batteries as &when required at bidders cost. The cost of communication using GSM & GPRS sim cards and other related charges.

Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and/or repair of DWLR with telemetry and relevant software and supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, data logger configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification.
