-Chain Swing (2 seater): 10’L x 5’.5W x 8’.5 H. Horizontal frame & vertical legs is of G.I pipe of jindal make 2” x 12 gauge. It stays with G.I pipe 1” x 12 gauge. Swinging seats-2 nos is of FRP molded Seat of 2mm thick fitted with m.s pipe ½” frame x 12 gauge which hang with G.I chain 6mm thick duly plated with ball bearing & m.s flat 6mm thick housing with suitable PU Primer & PU Paints. The rates are inclusive of all taxes with 2 years defect liability period free of cost to full satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Pull Chair and Push Chair ( Two in one ) 1. Dimensions (LxWxH) 1800 x 700 x 1800mm. 2. Fabricated with main post of NB 100mm (G.I) 'C' Class pipe of approved make. 3. Seat main frame of NB 50 mm (G.I.) 'C' Class pipe, Pipe connecting main post with handle frame of NB 65mm (G.I.) 'C' Class pipe. 4. Handle frame of pipe NB 32mm and NB 25mm (G.I.) 'C' Class. (NB stands for nominal bore i.e. internal diameter of pipe in millimeters. 5. All pipes are powder coated with 80-120 micron thick akzo Nobel or equivalent paints. 6. All joint of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed of removing sharp edges and burrs. 7. Zinc primer paints is applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. 8. Handle bars are provided with high end quality rubber grips. 9. Base plate cover made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with minimum 4.00mm thickness UV resistant and colored. 10. Seat to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational molding with 4.00mm thickness, coloured, UV resistant and environment friendly. 11. Maintenance free bearings of SKF or equivalent make duly oil sealed and self-lubricated are used in the equipment manufactured. 12. The equipment are fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movements. 13. The equipment is fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and J shaped welded bolts of 18mm thickness. 14. Once the concrete is set, the equipment is fixed on to it and nuts and bolts are covered with base plate cover. 15. High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts are used for assembly. 16. Equipment made to GS mark, EN16630, DIN 79000 & ISO 14001 international standard for outdoor fitness equipment. 17. Self-explanatory stainless steel label fixed on equipment for ease of use.The rates are inclusive of all taxes like GST, transportation and installation in CC complete in all respect.
