Reconsolidation of the facade via underpinning method: Traditional brick masonry in lakhori bricks in lime mortar in super structure up to floor V level in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi: 1 coarse sand)

For Reconsolidation of Kangoors and celling: Traditional Brick work in Lakhori bricks in plain arches in super structure up to floor V level in lime mortar 1: 1: 1 (1 coarse sand: 1 surkhi).

For gate arch: Traditional Brick work in Lakhori bricks in gauged arches in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 coarse sand: 1 surkhi).

Providing and fixing stone brackets ( as per matching with existing design colour and meterial ) 55x22.5x45 cm sunk and moulded including providing and fixing with 4 Nos gun metal cramp 25x6 mm 30 cm long and dowel bars 7.5 cm long 6 mm dia as per design.

Providing and fixing stone jali 40 mm thick throughtout in lime mortar of 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 surkhi:1coarse sand), including pointing in lime mortar 1: 2 ( 1 Lime : 2 Stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali slab without any chamfared etc.

30-40mm lime plaster in two coats with 20mm base coat in lime mortar 1:1: ( 1 lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 Coarse Sand ) and top coat in lime mortar 1:1:1 ( 1 lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 Fine Sand).

Repairing ornamental plaster works to match with the existing design using lime plaster (1 lime : 1 putty:1Surkhi : 1 fine sand)

Providing erecting, maintaining and removing temporary Protective screens made out of specified out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system ( cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. Tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tube M.S. Tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it threafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffende with brachings, runners, connection eith the building etc. wherever requrired for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. completer as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note : To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the esisting item to be done.

Conservation of fresco painting in monuments by cleaning of the painted surface from all type of stains, dust,dirt , greasy and oily accetions etc. With the help of suitable chemicals,removal of cracks, consolidation of flaking paint layer and plaster filling of the lacune in the plaster, treatment of salt effect and altered paint layer retouching of the lost portions and providing a preservative coating.
