M&L for coloured glazed designer ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surface as in dado/skirting and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/colour cement to match with the surface over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20mm screed bed in CM 1 : 4 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and granite polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ srl Item No. 7.00 here-in- above but on vertical surface such as dado, skirting etc over 10 mm thick screed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab as in shelves over cooking plateform, machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1 : 6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ srl Item No. 9.00 here-in-above but on vertical surface such as dado, skirting etc over 10 mm thick screed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates in as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet hollow interlocking wall panelling of width 250 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on wall with screws and solvent alongwith PVC 'U' and 'L' beading at corner and end portion where ever required of matching colour including taking down of existing wall lining, board or insulation board/panelling including cover fillets of any type and thick complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of mild steel work or wrought iron of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coats of distemper oil emulsion on old surfaces upto any height including necessary scaffolding as required, complete all as specified and directed.
