Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for foundation not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding. 1.5 metre depth and not exceeding. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying cable of defferent size and erection of pole and assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material(soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt fire Bricks of size 230x115x75 mm, locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks) laid in trenches perpendicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down i.e 18cm shall be measured for payment purpose only.

M&L for boring/auguring suitable hole & insertion of 50 mm dia GI pipe including supply and inserting pipe not less than 600 mm below existing PCC/road/hard standing complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Cost of equipment, tools & plants & material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (b) GI pipe of suitable size i..e 50mm bore will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of the schedule.

Supply and laying in trenches / under road / fixing on wall steel water tubing galvanised 50 mm bore medium grade ISI marked with all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below found level connected to GI earth strip of 32x6 mm by two means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers test points including one end firmly fixed with earth plate by means of nut and bolts and other end of GI strip to test point GI watering pipe, 20mm dia duly plugged shall be projected out at least 20 cms above the ground level incl covering the earth electrode with charcoal dust salt all around not less than 15cm provision of earth pit RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I, 2009 etc incl necessary earth and disposal of surplus soil complete and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Upon testing if desired earth resistence is not found entire earthing shall be re-done by contractor and no extra cost shall be admissible to contractor on this account.

S& F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required with 32x6mm galvanised iron strip all as specified and as directed Note : The quoted rates are inclusive of T& P required for fixing of earth strip with insulators from high mast pole (16 Mtr height) to earth pit cover/ test point.

Design, Supply, installing testing and commissioning factory fabricated outdoor type totally enclosed LT panel suitable size with bus bar, conforming to relevant IS ,dust, vermin and weather proof fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated ,mounted on 40x40x5mm MS angle iron frame, duly welded in shape and coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary grouting of legs 300mm deep in ground in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate ,panel base to be 500mm above ground level with suitable compartments for controls and Monitors including cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables, locking arrangement ,including accommodating, supply and fixing the following accessories/items :- (a) MCCB TPN 63 Amps 50 Hz, 250 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA- 01 Nos (I/C) (b) MCB TPN 63 Amps 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 10 KA- 01 Nos (c) MCB TPN 40 Amps 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 10 KA- 02 Nos (d) Voltmeter 0-500V with selector switch (Digital type) - 01 No (d) Ammeter 0-50 Amps with CTs (50/5Amps) and selector switch - 01 No (e) Indicating lamps (RYB) - 01 Set (f) PCC Foundation (Civil works) for grouting of panel
