M&L for providing precast cement concrete, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, earthing pits, etc.) chajja, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face complete with joints to match including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: MS reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately. Quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of the cost of formwork)

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/terrazzo finish on wall of any description hacking for key scrubbing down with water including racking out joints and removal of debris outside AF land and disposed off complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair (upto any height) for external surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only".

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete as per manufacturer instruction and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying a coat of suitable exterior primer, on new wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, upto 4 storey height including necessary scaffloding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties), applied with rollers to new wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, as per manufacturer's instructions, upto 4 storey height including necessary scaffloding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of the brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying one coat of cement primer suitable for internal walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1.5mm thick Wall Putty (overall thickness in two coats) over internal plastered surfaces of wall/cement board including Rubbing down with Sand Paper of proper grade to obtain a Smooth Finished Surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two Coats of Acrylic Distemper (as approved), mixed with stainer for achieving the desired shade and applied with rollers on walls/cement boards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 finished even over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of the brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly Rough Cast plastered surfaces of exterior Walls and applying a coat of suitable exterior Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old Distempered surfaces of Walls/cement boards including filling the existing Nails/Screw Holes, etc. and applying One Coat of Acrylic Distemper (of approved tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc., removal of debris outside AF land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Fly-Ash Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for Brick work using Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item No. 21 here-in-before including removing old Mortar, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, traverses etc. (each layer) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Brickwork with Fly-Ash bricks (Old Size) as in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4 as in drains, traverses, and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Brickwork, (using serviceable bricks obtained from Item No 24 here in before), with brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in built in cement mortar 1:4 as in drains, traverses, and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, etc incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling board incl snap grid frame of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Suspended metal grid Exposed Ceiling System as per following specifications:- a) Ceiling Tiles:- 08 mm thick tegular edged light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS: 476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/mK as per ASTM 518:1991.The tests shall have average density of 370 kg/m3 (minimum) as per ECBC code 2007. b) Metal Grid:- The grid system shall be Exposed grid ceiling system comprising of pre-coated steel angle of size 24 x 24 mm, fixed to the brick wall/partition at the perimeter of the ceiling by nylon sleeves and wood screws at 450 mm centres. Main "T" with pre-coated steel at the bottom, and 'H' notches at 300 mm centres, interlocking notches at both end, of size 24 x 38 x 3600 mm is suspended from the soffit at 1200 mm centres with the help of metal rowl plug, soffit cleat and a level clip with 4 mm dia. G.I. wire. Cross "T" of size 24 x 38 x 1200 mm with bottom pre-coated steel and 'H' notch in the centre and interlocking notches at both the ends, is to be inserted fixed to the Main "T" at 600 mm centres to form a grid of 600x1200 mm. Another cross 'T' of size 24 x 38 x 600 mm with inter locking notches at both ends is inserted fixed to the centre notch of above cross 'T' to form a grid of size 600 x 600 mm. (NOTE: Quoted rate shall demmed to be inclusive of the cost of ceiling boards, suspension grid systems and all accesories such as rawl plugs, level clip, soffit cleats, 4 mm Dia GI wire, etc incl scaffolding from proper execution of the work.

Taking down Aluminium Door Frame with Shutters of any description, area exc 10.00 Sqm and not exc. 30.00 Sqm Each, keeping aside for re-use after necessary repairs or removal from site (in case found unserviceable) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Aluminium Partitions, of any size or sections incl glass, particle/PVC boards etc and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated (medium thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for door, windows, partitions and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

S&F powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium doors shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/metre including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips rubber packing handle 2 Nos in each door, hinges, Mortise lock vertical type size 100 mm 4 levers of brass in each door, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of include for anodised aluminium hard ware as indicated, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap on beading for fixing glass panes in frames, handle, Mortice Lock etc as described in item. Sheet glass shall be measured seperately)

Re-fixing of Aluminium Door Frame with Shutters (in same opening), of any description, area exc 10.00 Sqm and not exc. 30.00 Sqm Each after resecuring or easing and adjusting, etc. including re-fixing of glass sheet and replacement of necessary Jointing Cleats, Glazing Clips, Rubber Neoprene Packing, Screws, etc. and repairing of Locking Arrangement if any, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Cost of Materials required for smooth functioning of Shutter shall deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate. Locks and glass sheet, if required to be replaced shall be measured seperately under respective items.
