Supply and fix in replacement of PVC float valve 20mm dia high pressure with polythene float , fly nut and all connected items/fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and testing in replacement of Non Return Valve 150 mm dia PN 1.6, connected with two end flanges suitable for connecting with Pipe, nut-bolts etc including taking down old unserviceable complete with flanges nut - bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) or under the over head tank/road cutting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path or under OHT, header or against cutting of road etc including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel framed works such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars, shouldered and/or rivetted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame works of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete external surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for brick masonary valve pit of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension , earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4),Type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Cast iron sluice valve 350 mm dia, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6, working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for making Header at OHT 40 of MS pipe 350mm dia and thickness minimum 8 mm of appropriate length of 3 to 8 meter. This header includes one existing supply pipe line from OHT and one direct water supply pipeline from booster as inlet to header whereas minimum five Nos of outlets of header (including one spare for future expansion) of size 150mm dia header should be provided with sluice valves of suitable size 200/150/100mm at inlets as well as outlets pipe lines of header, with all complete accessories including necessary excavation, 01 NRV of 200mm size in direct supply line, welding/cutting/threading of pipes and flanges, nut bolts etc. to its connected items , sluice valves, PCC foundation of suitable size for giving support to header complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Only DI/CI Fittings such as tee, bends, reducer etc upto 200mm, brickwork & PCC for foundation and sluice valves required for making the header and will be paid separately. (ii) Any fitting or connecting piece flanged type or other type made from MS pipe will be considered a part of header and will not be paid separately. (iii) This item includes cost of material and labour to make header, all necessary cleaning, surface dressing, leveling, excavation, refilling of required area, one NRV 200mm, cutting/welding etc of pipes, all MS fittings or connecting pieces, flanges, gaskets & nut bolts, all T&P, and joot & lead for joints, making good the complete surface etc all as specified and directed by EIC.

Cutting existing road and Material & labour for repair of damaged road/path/surfaces by proper ramming of soil and filled with WBM, hardcore & Premix carpet (thickness upto existing specification) including making good road surface as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for making Header at OHT 06 of MS pipe 300mm dia and thickness minimum 8 mm of appropriate length of 3 to 6 meter. This header includes one existing supply pipe line from OHT and one direct water supply pipeline from TW/booster as inlet to header whereas minimum four Nos of outlets of header (including one spare for future expansion) of size 150mm dia. header should be provided with sluice valves of suitable size 200/150mm at inlets as well as outlets pipe lines of header, with all complete accessories including necessary excavation, 01 NRV of 200/150mm size in direct supply line welding/cutting/threading of pipes and flanges, nut bolts etc. to its connected items , sluice valves, PCC foundation of suitable size for giving support to header complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Only DI/CI Fittings such as tee, bends, reducer etc upto 200mm, brickwork & PCC for foundation and sluice valves required for making the header and will be paid separately. (ii) Any fitting or connecting piece flanged type or other type made from MS pipe will be considered a part of header and will not be paid separately. (iii) This item includes cost of material and labour to make header, all necessary cleaning, surface dressing, leveling, excavation, refilling of required area, one NRV 200mm, cutting/welding etc of pipes, all MS fittings or connecting pieces, flanges, gaskets & nut bolts, all T&P, and joot & lead for joints, making good the complete surface etc all as specified and directed by EIC.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of CI/DI vertical pipes of OHTs and semi UG sump size of 80 mm to 200mm dia including T&P reqd for taking out UNSV Pipe or burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint/D-joint or new flanged DI pipe of existing size (if reqd) incl necessary fitting required as per site properly and making the pipe line leak proof complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) All T&P for climbing up to OHT or going down in UG sump, will be provided by contractor. (ii) New flanged pipe including all fittings (if reqd) will be measured and paid saperately under relevent items. (iii) All safety provisions must be followed strictly by contractor during execution.

Material and labour for fixing the leakage of run lead joints suitable for 80 mm bore CI/DI pipe and fittings including jointing material such as lead, spun yarn etc complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and repair to water supply services of leakage blockage for GI pipe line of 15mm to 80mm dia including dewatering and necessary excavation returning / filling or cutting, chasing and making of disturbed surfaces as per existing surface and replacing worn out GI pipe max upto 2 mtrs long including cutting threading and replacement of requisite fittings as socket, union, tees, long screwes nipple, hexa nipple , reducer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 350 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint/D-joint or necessary fitting and T&P nut bolts, gasket, clamp required complete as per site properly and making the pipe line leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of OHTs, Tubeswells/Boosters and installations area and making the surface clear and plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area as directed after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All reqd T&P will be provided by the contractor.

Repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle including taking apart and reassembling of size 80 to 200mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out sluice valves refacing, regrinding and refixing including replacement of spindle, check nut complete assembly and make serviceable of size 80 to 250mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 185575.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
