Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temperature and viscosity 70–160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under :– (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d–5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only, complete, all as specified and as directed. (iv) The work shall be carriout at a height upto 12 metre.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles jointed and grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including and over screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 5 here in before but except bricks (old serviceable brick tiles obtained from serial item No 01 here in before including removing motar, cleaning the brick tiles with water and only serviceable tiles shall be used), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered /concrete surface of wall applying of two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of cement base paint up to height of double story building, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, washing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 Sqm up to height of triple storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated manglore tile steel sheet 0.50mm thick,having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Manufacturer Test Certificate have to be submitted before start /execution of work).

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, having Zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Manufacturer Test Certificate have to be submitted before start /execution of work).

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, screws etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel work in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters or purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guidesfor sliding door, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, quality confirming to Fe–410–W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge. (Note: Manufacturer Test Certificate have to be submitted before start /execution of work).

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof, slabs floor slabs and similar work not exc 200mm thick finished rough flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour formwork to edge of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railing, opening in concrete walls, floors and roofs not exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC /PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but n exc 20cm wide rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc, also splays between floors and beams, etc., work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M–25 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies and shelves complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers etc, cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
