Supply and fixing as in replacement post top lantern LED type 20 watt (cool white) 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre in depth; for laying/taking out cables and foundations of poles etc and getting out complete, all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, fillings and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including taking up or down old damaged electric cable and removing from site of work, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and precast concrete cable cover/bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing as in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections 6 sq. mm 2 core cable flat or circular all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

Supply and fixing as in replacement non metallic junction box made out of PVC sheet of size not less than 240mm x 130 mmx 110 mm hinged with lockable arrangement with and including aluminium bus bar TPN capacity 200 Amps with MCB 2.50 Amp SP 10 KA ‘C’ curve - 01 No with provision of tapping incoming and outgoing cable connection with gland box of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with copper plate 60x60cm x3.15mm thick electrode, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by GI pipe 40mm dia, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part – I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including CI cover, frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note:- 1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, mass and for repairing to paths/ road & hardstanding etc. including necessary cutting of roads/ paths for passing of pipes and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

Supply and fixing as in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections 4 sq. mm 2 core cable flat or circular all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M&L for Painting of existing steel tubular poles 9.00 metre long with one coat of Aluminium paint on pole including clamps, brackets fitted/ fixed on pole, above to 1.20 metre height of pole including preparing the steel surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and providing reflective strips of width 10cm at a height of 1.20 metre from ground level in alternate colour green and white around the pole of pattern alongwith pole number marking with black paint as approved by GE and marking pole number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved by Engieer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket, impact and corrosion resistant, including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes of outer dia 40mm, cut to length/size as per site requirment, having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall, confirming to IS 14930 (part I & II), for protection of underground cable, laid in trench/PCC, with and including all fittings as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket, impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement Multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and sheathed, unarmoured, 1100Volts grade of size 10 Sqmm Single Core for connection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement street light mounting bracket suitable for LED fitting of length 1.50 metre, made out of light grade GI pipe of 40 mm bore bent to shape (120 degree) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete with two Nos. GI Clamps made to shape out of 50mm x 6mm flat iron, with GI nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for fixing on pole/ wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement Multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated unearthed 1100Volts grade of size 1.50 Sqmm 3.00 Core for connection all as specified and directed.

Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and precast concrete cable cover/bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 250 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant, complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for laying/taking out cables and foundations of poles etc and getting out complete, all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil / excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing as in replacement Multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and sheathed, unarmoured, 1100Volts grade of size 16 Sqmm Single Core for connection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes of outer dia 50mm, cut to length/size as per site requirment, having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall, confirming to IS 14930 (part I & II), for protection of underground cable, laid in trench/PCC, with and including all fittings as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 150 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant, complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC conduit pipe 20-25 mm dia to lay cable PVC insulated unearthed 1100 Volts grade on wall/ floor/ plinth or junction boxes where required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

Notes :- (a) RCC pit cover shall be precast with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 100mm c/c bothways. (b) Earth lead 32mm x 6m of galvanised iron/ steel protected with 40mm bore GI pipe shall be provided upto a length of 7.50 metre.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia, ISI marked, for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/ road/ pavement, including MS clamp/nuts & bolts etc, and making good distributed road /floor pavement surface as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Earthing in replacement complete, testing, installation in replacement with galvanized steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected with and including GI /Steel 32 mm x 6mm earth lead strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron / steel complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, funnel, plain cement concrete (1 :3:6) type C-1 Chamber, precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 pit cover of appropriate size with and including steel reinforcement, of thickness 50mm, charcoal, common salt including protection of earthing strip by and including 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade and 20mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade pipe for watering complete all as specified as shown on drg/ plates as indicated and as directed including dismantling existing earthing and removing demolished materials outside the MoD land as directed.

Supply and laying 100mm outer dia, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement Multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and sheathed, unarmoured, 1100Volts grade of size 25 Sqmm Single Core for connection all as specified and directed.

Design, Fabricate, supply, installation and testing of outdoor type cubical panel board bus bar box with MCCB suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front openable door with locking arrangement complete with powder coat painting and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 40mmx40mmx5mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board at a height of 450mm above GL and grouted in PCC foundation. The size of panel board shall not be less than 500mm x 500mm x 300mm (outer dimensions) accommodating and provision of following switchgears complete:- (i) TPN Aluminium bus bar 400 Amps 4 strips provided with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve insulation mounted on insulators suitable for connecting 2 or 3 outgoing cables including provision of suitable glands. (ii) MCCB, 250 A, 4 Pole, 36 KA (Ics=100%Icu), 415 V, 50 Hz, microprocessor with adjustable overload, short circuit, ground fault (4 pole) and fixed instantanous neutral protection (4 pole) - 01 No.

Supply and fixing as in replacement Multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and sheathed, unarmoured, 1100Volts grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.00 Core for connection all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, seismic and other similar bands, benching, coping, bed blocks, apex stones and kerbs etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including taking up or down old damaged electric cable and removing from site of work, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and precast concrete cable cover/bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing as in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections 10 sq. mm 2 core cable flat or circular all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

Cutting of tree branches ( girth not more than 10 cm) falling over the street lights for all around clearance of the fittings, cutting carefully to avoid any damage to the light fittings and disposing of the cut tree branches to a distance not more than 100 mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80 mm bore tube "light grade" galvanised iron pipe laid in trenches or fixed along poles with mild steel clamps or protection to GI earth strip/cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 120 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant, complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 100 watt 230 Volt AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, erecting and fixing as in replacement in position Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long), factory painted with bituminous paint internally through out and externally upto fixing depth and remaining portion shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer including providing reflective strips of width 10cm uto a height of 1.20m from ground level in alternate colour yellow and black around the pole of pattern as approved and marking number at appropriate height with shade and colour as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge (Earthwork and concrete work for embedding poles shall be measured and paid for separately)
