S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel roofing sheets or wall cladding (corrugated / plain), by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES FOR ITEM NO 12 & 13:- (a) The work is to be executed upto a height of of 18 metres (approx). All safety measures for safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. (b) Insurance of worker shall be got done by conractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (c) The quoted rate shall deem to incude the cost of necessary scaffolding and form works as required for a height of building not exceeding 18mtr (Approx). (d) Painting to be done by using Airless Paint Sprayer Painting Machine Ceiling Spray Gun, having adequate pressure for satisfactory completion of the job. (e) In case of detection of any rust patches, the rust shall be properly scraped with wire brush, cleaned and treated with a coat od red oxide primer before application of synthetic enamel paint.Cost the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No claim shall be admissible during currency of work. (f) Contractor shall bring the required quantity of material in two lots in sealed containers after approval of Make/sample and keep in MES store under custody of JE/Engr-in-charge.
