M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair (upto any height) for external surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only".

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS and/or as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing new Plastered surfaces of external walls, upto 4 storey height and treating with one coat of suitable exterior cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1.5mm Wall Putty (in two coats) over external plastered surfaces of walls, upto 4 storey height including Rubbing down with Sand Paper of proper grade to obtain a Smooth Finished Surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) duly mixed with stainer to achieve approved Tint/shade (in camouflage pattern) over new plastered wall surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described, as per manufacturer's instructions, upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls upto double storey consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new rough cast plastered surfaces of external walls, upto 4 storey height and treating with one coat of suitable exterior cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint over rough cast external plastered surfaces upto 4 storey height complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel roofing sheets or wall cladding (corrugated / plain), by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern) complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO 12 & 13:- (a) The work is to be executed upto a height of of 18 metres (approx). All safety measures for safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. (b) Insurance of worker shall be got done by conractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (c) The quoted rate shall deem to incude the cost of necessary scaffolding and form works as required for a height of building not exceeding 18mtr (Approx). (d) Painting to be done by using Airless Paint Sprayer Painting Machine Ceiling Spray Gun, having adequate pressure for satisfactory completion of the job. (e) In case of detection of any rust patches, the rust shall be properly scraped with wire brush, cleaned and treated with a coat od red oxide primer before application of synthetic enamel paint.Cost the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No claim shall be admissible during currency of work. (f) Contractor shall bring the required quantity of material in two lots in sealed containers after approval of Make/sample and keep in MES store under custody of JE/Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rolled mild steel sections Fw 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc, complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated/painted external surfaces of buildings or boundary walls, by brooming down or steel wire brushing and scraping down, removing all algae, lichen, fungi or any organic growth, washing and cleaning the surface by sweeping, allowing to dry and then remove all loose dirt & dust particles using electric blower, cleaning and filling of cracks with suitable paste or cement paste/mortar and applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (having anti-dust & anti-algae properties) with approved Tint (in camouflage pattern) complete all as specified and as directed.

GENERAL NOTES:- 1) All Qty of Synthetic Enamel Paint, Primer and Exterior Emulsion Paint shall be deposited in MES store before start of the work. 2) Material would be issued by JE/AGE as per site requiredment. 3) Make of Primer shall be same as that of overlaying paint. 4) Type of Primer shall be as recommended by manufacturer for respective surface. 5) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before exeution of work.
