Study Chair Providing study chair Greenguard Gold UL, Green Pro CII, Indoor Advantage Gold & GRIHA certified study chair without arm where the seat sub-assembly shall be made up of 1.2+/-0.1cm thk plywood upholstered with moulded foam and polyster fabric and shall be covered with an injection moulded polypropylene outer cover. The seat should tip-up when not in use and this feature should be used while stacking the chairs horizontally. The back sub-assembly shall be made up of injeection -moulded polypropylene inner upholstered with moulded foam and polyster fabric and shall be covered with an injection moulded polypropylene outer cover. The countoured back with width extension at the bottom area shall be designed to give comfort to lower back. The back flexing feature shall allows the back to tilt by 9+/-2 degree to aid the user in adopting a comfortable reclining posture. The dimensions of back shall be 44.0cm(W) X 44.6cm(H). and of seat shall be 46.2.0cm (W) X 49.2cm(D). The powder coated 4 leg structure shall be made of 2.2+/-0.03cm dia X 0.25+/-0.02cm thk M.S.E.R.W. tube front and rear leg shall be welded along with connecting tube made of 1.9+/-0.02cm dia X 0.2+/-0.016cm thk M.S.E.R.W tube to form the tubular frame assembly. The legs shall be provided with injection moulded adopter bush in black nylon and brake-loaded castors enabling easy maneuvering while not in use and stable siting while in use. The chairs should be stacked horizontally when not in use. The polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density =68.0+/-8.0kg/m3 and hardness=20+/-2 for seat and 16+/-2 for back at 25% compression. The Twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in black. Overall Dimensions of Chair shall be Seat Height - 47.2 cm, Height - 88.4cm, Width & Depth of Chair as measured from pedestal - Width-70.0cm and Depth-63.5 cm. 3 Seater Black Leatherette Upholstery Providing of 3 seater sofa. The overall dimensions of the sofa shall be 2042W x 901D x 847H. The seat should be made of PU foam with Density 28 ± 2 kg/cu. mtr having an additional top layer of supersoft PU foam with Density 32 ± 2 kg/cu. Seat should be upholstered with leatherette. 2) BACK FOAM: The back should be made of PU foam with Density 28 ± 2 kg/cu. mtr with two additional top layer of supersoft foam of density 32±2 kg/cu. mtr, upholstered with leatherette. Understructure should be made up of 1.2±0.1 cm. thick hot pressed plywood (which also shall be resistance and termite proof as per IS:303.) and pinewood of cross section deviod of major knots and surface defects 6 nos. per seat and 3.8mm dia. zigzag spring assembly is mounted over understrucrure for cushioning effect. Leg Assembly : It should be a welded assembly made in Stainless steel (grade SS 202) tube & plate with plastic endcap. The Bidder/OEM shall be ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Green Pro certified and must have inhouse manufacturing of all the products of said requirement i.e. furniture, mattresses, kitchen etc. OEM/Bidder should have completion of all mentioned products. Centre Table Glass top with SS understructure Providing glass top centre table where glass shall be 10+/-0.3mm thick black tinted toughened UV glued with bushes made in SS 202 grade for fixing with understructure. It shall be a welded assembly made in SS202 grade having dia. 12+/-0.04 as per IS:1762. overall dimensions of table shall be Width of table= 111.0 cm, Depth=59.0 cm, height=34.1 cm. The Bidder/OEM shall be ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Green Pro certified and must have inhouse manufacturing of all the products of said requirement i.e. furniture, mattresses, kitchen etc. OEM/Bidder should have completion of all mentioned products. Corner Table Glass top with SS understructure Providing glass top centre table where glass shall be 10+/-0.3mm thick black tinted toughened glass UV glued with bushes made in SS 202 grade for fixing with understructure. It shall be a welded assembly made in SS202 grade having dia. 12+/-0.04 as per IS:1762. Overall dimensions of table shall be Width of table= 59.0 cm, Depth=59.0 cm, height=34.1 cm. Media Unit - Living Area Providing TV media cabinet with overall size of W 1490 D 392H 505 MM. Top & Understructure should be made of Rubber wood in Shade of Brown Oak. Construction : Knock down. Modular Kitchen Providing Green Pro certified modular kitchen where Carcass should be made from combination of 0.6mm (Body panels) and 1.2mm thick (Horizontal frame) Galvanized sheet with zero spangles. Galvanized steel should be coated with Epoxy polyester powder coating with dry film thickness of 40 – 60 microns. Wire accessories should be made of top quality 304 grade Stainless steel wires with Nickel and Chrome plating. Galvanized steel shelf should be used for shelves unit. Kitchen doors & drawer front should be made from Galvanized steel. Galvanized steel should be coated with Epoxy polyester powder coating with dry film thickness of 40 – 60 microns. Soft closing serene slides make Godrej/Hettich should be used wire basket drawer units. Soft closing tandem drawer system make Godrej/Hettich with metal panels should be used for drawer units. Soft closing hinges make Hettich should be used for Hinged doors. Zinc Alloy die cast handle should be used for Doors & drawers. 12mm thick & 105mm Ht Poly Vinyl Chloride skirting make Rehau should be used for covering of legs. Adjustable leg make Hettich for floor cabinet. All type of civil work, stone, kitchen appliances shall not be part of this.The Bidder/OEM shall be ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Green Pro certified and must have inhouse manufacturing of all the products of said requirement i.e. furniture, mattresses, kitchen etc. OEM/Bidder should have completion of all mentioned products.
