MCB for lighting loads indicator, relays, meters, push buttons, bus bar of 100 HP with additional arrangement ON/OFF switch in front of motor for every starter with a stand of MS Channel (01 feet above from floor) as per site condition and as per specification approved by technical committee. Providing and commissioning of LT ACB Panel of Capacity 800 Amps including all accessories as ACB 800 Amps and 01 No. 63 amp. MCB as outgoing for accessiores supply, indicators,alongwith capacitor banks of suitable size, relays, meters, push buttons,bus bars etc complete suitable for contorl of power supply in switch room with the stand of MS angle (50x50x6 mm) of 1 feet height from floor level with allied accessories as per requirement at site as per specification approved by Tech committee including power capacitor bank of pump houses as per site requirement (Annexure-C). (PH SBD-1, SBD-2)

Fabrication including welding work of safety grating jaal, trash rack, safety grills, outer jaal etc. for fixing in bay gap of pumps inside pump house in different dimensions as per site requirement and as directed with material fabricated with MS Channel 150x75x5mm/100x50x5mm, MS flat 75x8 mm/32x5mm MS Angle 40x40x5mm, MS Chaquered sheet thickness 8 mm etc. Make:- Tata/ Jindal/ Sail/Vaizag. (PH SBD-1 to SBD-5= 2000 Kg. each.)

Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hosting and fixing in position and applying a prime coat of approved steel primer. (Providing & fixing by making required size /length at site in pair of MS cross Girder (ISMB) in 2 run of length of size 300 mmx140mm for foundation of 20 CS VT Axial Flow pump including supply, fixing & welding One end of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of pump 20 Cs capacity and other end shall be welded with fixing of L. bracket and nut/bolts/washers etc into existing ISMB member. (MAKE: TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG) Providing and new installation of Girder for 20Cs capacity VT Axial Flow pump as per specification approved by technical committee.
