Supplying, fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning of 250mm i/d DI swing check type reflux (non returned valve) (IVC/VAG make) of P.N. 1.0 having resilient sheet conforming to IS-5312-1986 and amended upto date with pressure release valve arrangement with ISI marked specification including cost of all required material and accessories complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning of 150mm i/d scour/ sluice valve (IVC/VAG Make) of PN 1.6 having resilient sheet conforming to IS-14846-2000 and amended upto date with ISI marked specification (to be Installed on DI Raw Water Rising main) including supply and fixing of 150 mm i/d D.I. pipe of required length and DI specials as required in site condition complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply, erection, testing of 2.50 sqmm 3 core copper wire with ISI marked standard make (i.e. Havells/Polycab/RR Kable) for making connection with LT Panel Board other electric appliances with underground system in PVC/flexible pipes/ Cable tray with all required accessories like thimble etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect.

Supply erection, and commissioning of Vaccum Pump 2.00 BHP (Kirloskar Make Model KV 30 32x32 mm 2900 RPM with CI Impeller) with all accessories i.e. 25 mm GI Pipe avg. 30 mtr., Goli Valve 25 mm 2 No. Goli Valve, 15 mm 6 No., Electric Panel 300 ltr. PVC water tank etc. complete in respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply erection testing and commissioning of Pressure gauge with glistening immersed complete in respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying erection and testing of LED Light of 100 watts (Manufactured by reputed make i.e. Phillips/ Bajaj/ Crompton/ G.E./ Wipro) including all required fittings and accessories complete in respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

NS Item -Supply and erection of Horizontal centrifugal spilt casing type pumps conforming to all respect IS 6595-Part- II:1993 of following duties directly coupled to AC squirrel cage induction type electric motor conforming to IS 12615 with all required accessories complete in all respect (the make shall be of Kirloskar, Crompton, ABB, Siemens, NGFE/ GEC) (Including third party inspection from CEIL) Raw water pumping set of 3400 LPM with 60 mtrs head pump with squirrel cage induction type energy efficient electric motor of 1440 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz as per specification of efficient class IE-3 complete in respect to the satisfaction of Engineer- In-Charge.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type L.T. panel suitable for 630 V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 16 SWG thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process for approved shades, having 160 Amp. Capacity extensible type TPN copper Bus bar for high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, Panel Manufacturer shall have CPRI test certificate for short circuit with stand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec. bottom based channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common tinned copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Aluminum bus bar and control wiring with 2.5 sq. mm FRLS insulated copper conductor S/C Cable, Cable alleys, Cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switch gears etc. as required. Agency ( as approved by Engineer- In-Charge) make as per Haryana DGSandD rate contract approved manufacturer. i) 1 No. MCCB 160 Amp. 25 KA Ics 3 Pole, complete with spreader links, phase barrier and ROM of Make : LandT D Sine, Schneider NSX Compact, Siemens 3VL. ii) 3 No. Inline contractor for fully automatic ATS starter AC 3x80 Amp. of make MNX 70 of LandT or equivalent in ABB/Siemens. iii) 1 No. fully automatic ATS starter for motor with inside delta connection min 70A for 6 wire Connection Cat No. EMX3- 0023B-411 of LandT or Equivalent model 3RW44 of Siemens/PSTB of ABB. Note :- Suitable Size of Semiconductor fuse shall be used for Backup protection of fully automatic ATS starter Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of APFC Panel of 14.50 KVAR of suitable steps capacity suitable for operation on 415 plus 5% volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply having heavy duty static capacitors (Without oil) of suitable rating complete with TP MCCB of 160 Amps. 36 KA (Ics=100%) capacity with L.T. Panel with adjustable thermal magnetic bases release for over current and short circuit protection as incomer of the panel, of suitable step microprocessor based power factor controller, duty contractors for each capacitors protected with suitable rating MCCBs of minimum 18 KA ICs breaking capacity having thermal magnetic release for over load and short note circuit protection, cooling fans for panel and Digital multifunction meter, Class-1.0, indicating lights, earthing the panel etc. as reqd. The Panel should be manufactured with 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated etc. The APFC Panel shall be in continuous with L.T. Panel. Makes of Capacitor/ contactor/ MCCB/ APFC Controller : LandT/ Siemens/ ABB complete in respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of wall mounted electrical Bus Bar panel board, fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet duly stouted with suitable angle iron frame work and completely powder coated of approximate size 900x1200mm with 900mm deep having following accessories as below specification complete in respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Bus Bar pannel board for 2 Nos. pumping set of 3400 LPM with 60 Mtr. Head) 1. Incomer switch 400 Amp. 2. Copper bus bar chamber of 400 Amp. Capacity. 3. Volt meter 100x100mm range 0 to 500 V (AE/KAPPA/LandT) 4. Indicting Lamp One set 5. Copper Bus Bar (Size 60 mm x 12 mm)

Supply erection testing and commissioning of 200mm i/d Electronic FLOW METER (KRONE Make) with digital display including all other required accessories complete complete in respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 200mm i/d CI mechanical dismantling Joints of PN 1.0 with rubber gaskets and nut bolt of required size complete in respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, erection, testing of 25 sqmm single core copper wire with ISI marked standard make (i.e. Havells/Polycab/RR cable) for making connection with LT Bus Bar and LT Panel Board to electric motor and other electric appliances with underground system in PVC/flexible pipes/ Cable tray with all required accessories like thimble etc. complete in respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
