7.1 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with : 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand )

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

11.37 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles Kajaria/ Somny 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Lvory, Grey, fume red Brown, laid on 20mm thick Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.

11.36 P/F 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of Kajaria/ Somny conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer in charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm i/c pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

17.1.1 Providing and Fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type WC pan) with 100mm sand cast iron P or S trap of NECO / SRIF / RIF, 10 litre low level white PVC flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS 7231 Parry were /Hindware / Cera standard quality with all fitting and facture complete .i/c cutting and making good the walls and floors where ever required. 17.7 Providing and Fixing wash basin of make Hindware / Pareware / Cera standard Quality with CI /MS brackets, 15mm CP brass pillar taps, L&K / Kingston / Ranutrol Hansa, 32mm CP brass waste of L&K / Kingston / Ranutrol Hansa, i/c painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls where ever required. 17.7.2 White Vitreous China wash basin size 630x450mm with a single 15mm C.P brass pillar tap.

18.15 Providing and Fixing Barss bib cock 15mm Nominal Bore.

Providing and fixing wall panelling the wall panels shall be made up of 0.45 mm thick of PPGI ribbed sheet on both sides with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foams of density 40 kg +/- 2 kg /cum as inslation of between the thickness of PU foam layer shall be 50mm . The colour of PGI sheet may be of white, white grey ( depending on availability ) any other shade. The panels will be provided with tongue and grrove joint grey ( depending on availability ) any other shade. Providing and fixing of floor panelling. The floor shall be made in PUF panel system using 0.45mm thick PPGI outer skin with 8 mm laminated wooden flooring and 19 mm thick BWR ply as per IS 303 as inner skin and gap filled with rigid CFC freepolyurethane foam of density 40 kg +/- 2 kg/ cum as insulation with 2 nos. reinforcement tube of size 60x40x2m thick The thickness fo PU foam shall be 40 mm.The floor panels shall have tongue and groove joint and be interlocked with each other tengthwise using culock system. The floor panel with be fixed base frame steel beam with the help of counter sunk nut bolt of 10mm dia and 100mm. Long. The wall and floor panels will be joint wall - floor angle made of PPGI .
