Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built-up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, i/c necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required i/c cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. Brass/ S.S. screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of E-I-C. 12.157.1 For fixed portion 12.157.1.2 Powder coated aluminum (min. thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

P&F UV stabilized fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, i/c fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. G.I. plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, truss etc. The sheet shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra violet stabilizer in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall confirm to IS 10192 and IS 12866. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured smooth as specified. 9.32.2 2.00 mm thick flat.

P&F false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO o.50 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15x32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized M.S. items (galvanizing @ 80grams per sqm) i.e. 50mm long, 8mm outer dia. M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on p[periphery wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per the direction of E-I-C. 32.46.1 With semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level. 6.34.6 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases above plinth level up to four floor level, excluding the cost of centering & shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3.

Centering and shuttering i/c strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for; 6.30.5 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand (conforming to zone-IV, IS 1542) under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Screeds of 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 to be laid below the topping.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete 10.63.1 Size of Tile 500x500mm.

15mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 in coarse sand.

12mm thick cement plaster in coarse sand 1:4.

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 11.64.1 New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 11.95.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 liter/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 12.36.2 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing & fixing PVC rigid foam sheet 1mm thick on existing door shutters (Bathroom & W.C.doors) using synthetic rubber based adhesive.

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete.

Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, Knotting and stopping etc.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts, ISI marked, anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete 12.99.4 150x10 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminum handles, ISI marked, anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 1 O as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete 12.102.1 125mm .

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 9.57.2 110mm diameter.

Providing & fixing on wall face Unplasticised-PVC moulded fittings/accessories for Unplasticised Rigid PVC Rain water pipes confirming to IS:13592 Type A, i/c jointing with seal ring confirming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion. 9.58.2 110mm bend.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P&F stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made with hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., i/c welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & S.S. dash fasteners, S.S. bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required:- 22.22.1 White vitreous chinaware Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware extended wall mounting water closet of size 780x370x690 mm of approved shape including providing & fixing white vitreous chinaware cistern / PVC cistern (with brass fitting) into the wall with dual flush fitting, of flushing capacity 3 liter/ 6 liter (adjustable to 4 liter/ 8 litres), including seat cover, and cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 22.86.2 Concealed work including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 20mm nominal dia pipes.

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350mm or 340x410x265mm sizes respectively.

Copper wiring in PVC Conduit (Surface/Recess) 23.3.1 Wiring for Light/Fan/call bell point in 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in 1.6mm thick PVC conduit pipe. 23.3.1.1 Group A.
