Erection of Lifts

Supply, installation, testing and commission of passenger lift AC VVVF, speed 1.0 to 1.5 mps, for 08 passengers as per technical specifications and data sheets for automatic door type lift, the doors will have central opening in all the floor etc. including all associated works. The carriage will be silver sky finish stainless steel with stainless steel operating panel in accordance with the technical specification, data sheet and schedule of quantities herein and shall include execution of whole of the work specified and all work of temporary nature which may be required to complete the work in all respect, such as scaffolding, necessary supporting structure, brackets, I-section beam (ISI) and all necessary civil works viz. modification in Machine Room Less (MRL), erection of guide rails, alterations related to door fixing, sills, architraves, cut outs for landing switches, cutting of pockets, grouting of back boxes for control push button stations, grouting of brackets, cutting of pockets, installing rails, machine beams, chipping and filling plaster where required, making bed blocks for winding units, controller in machine room ,making buffer, or any other related works etc. All chases and opening required for fixing door sills projections are also to be included the cost of Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Auto rescue device complete in all respect. The whole system will be executed as per scope of work, fabrication drawing, IS codes and standard, mechanical equipment, technical specification, data sheet and additional condition etc. incorporated with DNIT to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Note: Complete in all respect i/c cutting and making good the wall, floor and roof to existing finishing wherever required, complete in all respect as per full satisfaction of Engineer in charge of work. Annual Maintenance contract fees for the new lifts for a period of 2 years after defect liability period of 12 Months. The maintenance includes all the cost of material i.e. part of lift and electrical items such as Lift Fan, LED light, battery server etc. and labour for a period of 2 years after the defect liability period 12 months. 8 passengers lift
