Providing, laying spreading and compacting hand broken/crushed stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (thickness as per design submitted by NIT Kurukshetra & attached herewith) confirming to physical requirement laid in 400.11 of MORT&H specification in one layer (compacted) to 100mm by taking material 1.32 times of the thickness of the layer including premixing of material with water in mechanical mix (pug Mill) carriage of mixed material by tipers to site and laying material in uniform thickness and spreading by motor grader of adequate capacity rolling with road roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and any spot or depression which comes apparent corrected by removing of adding fresh material and camber spreading and brooming including template, barrier, lighting arrangement at night chowkidar, maintenance of diversion etc. complete all respect as per clause 406 of MORT&H specifications drawing and the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Density of WMM as laid 2.2 gms/cc

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (medium bulk) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing & laying tack coat with 20 Kg Bitumen per 100 Sqm (including cost of bitumen of grade 80/100) complete in all respect as desired and directed by the Engineer-in-charge on existing black top surface. (Including cost of bitumen).
