Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : for fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and layig cement concrete 1:1.5:3 in kerb, steps and the like at or near ground level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing

Wall painting two coat with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC content less than 50grm per litre of approved brand and manufacturer, including applying additional coats where ever required to achieve even shade and colour

finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work

painting two coats or more coats on new work over wooden/metal surface with acid proof paint of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles dully reinforced with 1.6+/- 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length, uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel friction hinges, zinc alloy casement handles, G.I fasteners 100x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screw etc. profile of frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion shall also be fusion welded including dilling of holes for fixing hardwares and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Casement window double panels with S.S friction hinges made of frame 67x60mm & sash / mullion 67x80mm both having wall thickness of 2.3mm and single glazing bead/ double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.
