[23.27.2]Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah typeM.S. pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S. sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars . The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof . The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embeded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work:- 2. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Prodigy type in-built L.T. C.T. meter of 200 amps x 3-phase 415 Volts rating suitable for 3-phase, 4 wire system of make Secure, Genus or other make approved by the UHBVNL. Including meter box of M.S Sheet meter cubical box on existing PCC Pole. This includes all petty material i.e. M. Seal, Nut–Bolts, thimbles etc. Meter will be got tested from the UHBVNL lab by the contractor after deposit of testing fee by him and will be refunded on production of receipt of UHBVNL, including erection of meter and getting sealed by UHBVNL authority.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of ELEX-TWS-2EXT / Amson’s/LandT make Automatic electric timer to switch ON/OFF the street light automatically. It should have adjustable lux level switch, with extensible mountable sensor. It shall change ON/OFF timing automatically as per lux level of the Sun at sun-rising and sun setting, throughout the year. Shall have two Nos. LandT make, 3 pole power contactor model MNX-70 to control 70 amp per phase with 220 Volt coils. It shall have auto/manual switch for repair of street light during day time. The whole unit components to be assembled on Bakelite sheet with 16 amp capacity MCB to save the time switch. The erection of the complete unit in the existing pedestal with complete wiring upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
