Reconsolidation works: Stone consolidation-removing the loose/damaged stone and reconsolidating with new stone/reusable stone with Lime mortar 1:1:1 ( 1 Lime: 1 Surkhi: 1 Coarse sand) wherever necessary. (NS)

Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by the Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. (NS)

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts. (NS)

Clearance of debris from inside the heritage building by excavation upto depth 1.5mt to 2.0 mtr carefully without damaging the buried archaeological parts of the building and collect all the intact parts at proper place for reuse at the time of restoration work. (NS)

Manually removal of vegetation (Climbing plants, creepers) from walls, columns, arches, floor etc in a skilled and careful manner, using appropriate tools and means and without causing any damage to the adjoining parts, including carrying and stacking the dismantled materials including lift/lower upto 11mtrs and lead upto 50 mtrs as directed by the engineer or architect in charge. The exposed surfaces will be coated with a paste made from ammonium sulphamate crystals or with `Tree killer` available in market. In this condition the root system may be left to absorb and die. Large sections of dead wood must not be left within the core. As they decay they will remove support and create voids and weaknesses in the wall. Pull off a well-established mat of vegetation must be resisted. Tamping, grouting, pointing and resetting of brick / stones especially on wall top, must all be anticipated as remedial work. (NS)

Stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick (colour matching to existing and compatible to heritage ) over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with lime slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab,(laid on roof) including rubbing and polishing complete with base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime :1surkhi:1 coarse sand). Technical/scientific excavation to be done manually by way of carefully digging inside the heritage structure. It also includes to avoid any damage to the heritage structure or structure underneath, without causing any vibrations and jerks to the superstructure. It also includes duly constructing centring, struting and form work to avoid any untoward incident and getting out the excavated material manually head lead approx. 50 mtr away from site. (NS)

Providing and laying lime concrete with graded brick bats and 50% lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Slaked lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 Coarse sand) rammed and finished with gur and belgiri treatment excluding cost of centring and shuttering. (Thickness 100 mm)

Consolidating the base area including cutting and filling, ramming and watering complete to make the surface good for laying of concrete including appropriate slope required to safeguard the surface from rain water.

40 mm thick (Aevrage) fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 surkhi:1coarse sand) with joints finished flush.

Lime punning with lime putty mixed with Gur, Bilgri, Urd and other ingredients followed by grinding to fine paste for smooth finish.(NS)

Propping to support the leaned structure (roof and wall) using pipes, channels, angles, girders , wooden wages to prevent further leaning/ collapse. (NS)

Curing of Lime concrete/Lime plaster surface with water mixed with milk of lime, pulp of belgiri and jaggery water (Gur/sheera) to achieve the required hardness. (NS)

Random rubble masonry with hard stones in foundation and plinth including levelling with lime concete (1 lime: 1 Surkhi: 1 coarse sand) with 20mm stone aggregate upto plinth level with lime mortar 1:1:1(1Lime: 1Surkhi:1Coarse sand) (NS)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In lime mortar with old mughal bricks complete in all respect.

Providing wooden beams in sal wood or equivalent in roofs including making good the holes in walls and painting with all type wood presetive of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect.

`Traditional brick masonry in lime mortar in proportion similar to the existing traditional lime mortar 1:1:1 (lime :1 sand : 1surkhi)` complete in all respect.

Applying breathable, non-reactive, antifungal, and water repellant Silane/ Siloxane chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineerin- charge, of approved brand and manufacture, diluted with solvent mineral Turpentine oil in the ratio of 1:12 (One part of approved chemical :12 Part of Turpentine oil), on the existing sand stone masonry/plastered wall surface with two or more coats to give uniform application of chemical on the surface, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials and labours involved except scaffolding).
