Planning, Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Unity Mall Building in Sector-37 at HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Karnal (HARYANA) alongwith ESS, Guard Rooms, all services (civil & E&M), solid waste management (Automatic transfer system), STP, recycling of waste, External Development(gate with guard room, roads/pathways, drainage and rainwater harvesting system, service connections landscaping & Horticulture works, boundary wall etc.), Relocation of existing services, Demolition of existing structure (if any) etc. including obtaining GRIHA-IV STAR certificate, obtaining all statutory approvals and connections, vetting of design and all other allied works thereto, including Defect Liability period of complete project for 36 months and operation & maintenance of all services for 12 months from issue of final completion certificate of the capital works etc. complete in all respect as per conditions of bid document.
