Watch and Ward of HPGCL Properties

For Sector-23 Colony The scope of work includes activities/services for upkeep and security cover (by providing minimum 6 nos. security guard/unskilled manpower) to protect the properties of HPGCL round the clock against encroachment/ theft/burglary/damage by unwanted elements etc. and not limited to the following:- a. Manning of security posts identified by HPGCL round the clock for performing watch and ward duties of properties at Colony Sector-22 & 23, Old Ash Dyke, New Ash Dyke at FTPS, HPGCL Faridabad. b. Keep a track on all in-coming & out-going goods/material/T&P from HPGCL Colony Sector- 23. c. Keeping strict watch on visitors/entrants entering the HPGCL properties at Faridabad as detailed above for stoppage of entry of miscreants and allows only authorized visitors by recording the entries. d. Security personnel will be permitted/empowered to check decently any individual or all the employees/visitors incoming & outgoing of HPGCL properties at FTPS Faridabad in order to ensure safety & security of property of HPGCL. e. Immediate reporting of any encroachment/untoward incident to FTPS authorities for taking timely action. f. Upkeep of plantation, weeding out of unwanted grass etc. g. To provide assistance to HPGCL in case of strikes, riots and labour unrest etc. and ensure entry of employees and visitors into the different HPGCL properties at FTPS Faridabad under all conditions including hindrances, dharnas, strike and gherao etc. caused by any individual or group of persons. h. Ensuring compliance of safety regulations including smoking restrictions etc. i. To save & assist property and employees of HPGCL in case of emergencies like fire, earthquake etc. j. To check entry of stray cattle/animals in the premises of different HPGCL properties at FTPS Faridabad. k. Any other duty regarding Security, Watch & Ward and upkeep of different HPGCL properties at FTPS Faridabad assigned by HPGCL WORKING HOURS for both gates 07 AM - 03 PM 03 PM - 11 PM 11 PM - 07 AM
