Dismantling, providing and fixing of 40 mm 03 nos. pin of chain by cutting of pin and provide of new pin by proper fitting and testing Material:- carbon alloy EN8

Dismantling providing and fixing of 25 mm 02 nos. pin of chain by cutting of pin and provide of new pin by proper fitting and testing Material:- carbon alloy EN8

Dismantling/Replacement/Fabrication of damaged lifting arm of single chain as per existing size(steel EN8)

Lubrication of chains- Dismantling of chain remove all the rust area by diesel and then greasing, oiling so that chain work smoothly after that re- assemblling by proper fitting testing at site

Holding of fish belly gate by chain block/sling for proper fitting of chain and its parts

Re-assembling of all the damage parts like nut, bolts, holding bracket, fasterner by welding, grouting etc.

Repair of damaged rib plates & bottom hinges of fish belly gate as per scope of work detail below:- • Lifting of fish belly gate stucked and hanging between bypass channel walls using chain blocks & hydraulic movable cranes. • Holding the gate in position using sling ropes, Chain blocks & hydraulic movable cranes. • Cutting of all rib plate bushes of fish belly gate. • Re welding & strengthening of rib plates and bushes of fish belly gate. • Repair of bottom cylinder of fish belly gate. • Alignment of all hinges, bushes and brackets of fish belly gate. • Refixing of gate to the desired position using chain pulley blocks & hydraulic movable cranes. • Dismantling, Fabrication & refixing of damaged parts of fish belly gate such as MS Link of Triplex Chain, brackets etc. • Alignment of gate to the desired position along with alignment to chains & sprockets chain pulley blocks & hydraulic movable cranes.

Repair of fish belly gate as per scope of work detail below:- • Lowering of stop log gates using hydraulic movable cranes for reducing water pressure on fish belly gate. • Removal of single & triplex chains from sprockets and placing the chains properly using sling ropes. • Dismantling of damaged MS long link of triplex chain. • Fabrication & installation of MS long link of triplex chain as per existing size. • Dismantling, fabrication & installation of lifting arm of single chain. • Removal of damaged single chain from counterweight pit, repair of chain using SS pins & rollers by dismantling of damaged links and by providing new links as per existing size. • Dismantling of chain sprocket shaft assembly with bearings and then holding the fish belly gate with hydraulic cranes, chain blocks & sling ropes at site, sending the complete shaft to workshop for re-fixing of loosened bearings, single & triplex sprockets fitting by hydraulic press and dispatching the same to site. Installation of shaft sprocket assembly, single chains & triplex chain with side links and balancing the counterweight with respect to alignment of fish belly gate to operate smoothly. • Repair of single sprocket using welding, cutting & grinding to required pitch using milling machine. • Providing & fixing channel separator in between triplex chain to prevent chain from interlocking. • Dismantling, providing & fixing of 40 mm 03 nos. SS pins of single chains by cutting of damaged pins & replacing with new pin by proper fitting & locking at site. • Providing & fixing of guide rollers on both sides of single chains. • Cleaning of all 03 no. chains using diesel & then greasing, oiling for smooth operation at site. • Removal of stop log gates using hydraulic movable cranes

Lifting, repair, fabrication and installation works of fish belly gate as per scope of work detail below:- • Lifting of fish belly gate hanging from triplex chain on side of by-pass channel using hydraulic movable cranes. • Dismantling of damaged triplex chain MS long link connecting the triplex chain& fish belly gate. • Removal of fish belly gate from the by-pass channel using hydraulic movable crane. • Placing of fish belly gate outside the canal for making suitable arrangement (fixing gate on 12 m girder section) for repositioning the gate to its actual position. • Lifting of gate using hydraulic movable cranes & lowering it to its actual position using chain blocks etc. • Holding the gate in position using sling ropes, chain blocks & hydraulic movable cranes. • Fabrication & installation of new triplex chain link. • Dismantling of damaged rib plates, hinge brackets & SS pins. • Cutting of damaged flanges of bottom hinge girder • Welding & strengthening of damaged bottom hinge girder by using suitable MS plate as per site requirement. • Supply & fixing of bottom hinges as per site requirement. • Rewinding & strengthening of damaged rib plates and bushes of fish belly gate. • Repair of bottom cylinder of fish belly gate. • Alignment of all hinges, bushes, and brackets of fish belly gate. • Refixing of gate to the desired position using chain pulley block & hydraulic movable cranes. • Repair of sprockets for smooth movement of single & triplex chains. • Setting right & adjustment of single chains using turn buckle for proper leveling of counterweight. • Alignment of gate to the desired position along with alignment to chains& sprockets chain pulley blocks & hydraulic movable cranes for smooth operation.

Installation of triplex chain, single chains, triplex sprocket & single sprockets of fish belly gate at WYC HE Project, Bhudkalan • Lowering of stop log gates using hydraulic movable cranes for reducing water pressure on fish belly gate. • Holding of fish belly gate using chain blocks, hydraulic movable cranes and sling ropes. • Dismantling of guide rollers of single chains. • Removal of single & triplex chains from sprockets and placing the chains properly using sling ropes. • Dismantling of Plummer blocks for removal of shaft assembly. • Dismantling of shaft assembly from platform using hydraulic movable cranes. • Lifting and transportation of shaft assembly to workshop. • Dismantling of damaged 1 no. triplex and 2 no. single sprockets from shaft assembly using hydraulic press fit machine. • Cutting of keys in triplex sprocket & single sprockets by making modification in the id of sprockets using suitable cutting machine (milling) as per existing arrangement on shaft assembly. • Installation of new 1 no. triplex and 2 no. single sprockets on shaft assembly using hydraulic press fit machine. • Lifting and transporting shaft sprocket assembly back to site. • Placing shaft sprocket assembly in position on platform using hydraulic movable cranes. • Re-fixing of shaft sprocket assembly fixing Plummer blocks. • Installation of new single & triplex chains on single & triplex sprockets. • Alignment of fish belly gate with respect to counter weight, single & triplex chains using hydraulic movable cranes and chain blocks for its smooth operation. • Removal of stop log gates using hydraulic movable cranes.
