Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of Smart Air condition Rack for server installed in Police Stations for CCTV system. The Rack should be having overall dimensions of minimum 800 mm wide x 1380 mm height x 1000 mm depth, IP 54 or IP 55 design, ACDB- minimum 6 Socket 5/15 Amp, Cable Manager 1U MS/PVC- Horizontal, Din rail kit etc. and the work should be complete in all respects with supply of Smart Air condition Rack in Police Stations at different locations in Haryana as per list attached including cartage, loading, unloading and fixing all the existing equipment`s such as Server, 24 port switch etc. with making connections of existing cables and configuration with CHMS in original condition complete in all respect with all labour and petty material required to complete the job upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge with following specification:- 1. Should have internal indoor Air Circular system to maintain the internal temperature of rack up to 30? C suitable for working on 24 x7. 2. The Rack should be capable to reduce the Server Noise level should not be more than 30 dB ( in vaccum enviorment). 3. The Rack should be indoor type with air-conditioning system inbuilt consisting of Cooling Capacity: Minimum 1000W, Air Flow of cooling system: 120 CFM, High static backward curved fan ,alarms for critical failure, Controller Unit with Electronic Microprocessor based LED display 4. Fault Protections with alarming:- High Temperature, Low Temperature, Over load/Under load, Over Voltage/under voltage, Humidity indication with control, Alarm indicators: High Temp Fault, Low Temp Fault and Cooling Fault. 5. Dimension of Indoor AC Unit Should be approximate 445mm X 900mm X 260mm (W x D x H) 6.The rack should be equipped with surge protector with minimum following specification: a)The SPD should be MOV based, Nominal Voltage 240V AC. b)Surge handling Capacity: 20KA (Nominal) and 40 KA (Maximum) @ Impulse discharge current (8/20) µs c) Protection Level: 1.9KV, Response time: = 25 ns (L-N) and = 100 ns (N-G) d) Max. backup fuse with branch wiring: 125 A (G), Short-circuit current rating: 25 kA 7. The smart rack should have inbuilt fire and smoke sensor/ Multi criteria detector with hooter. 8. The rack should have provision with auto cut-off power supply to the equipment`s installed inside the rack in case the temperature inside the smart rack increase above 40 Deg Celsius and restore the power supply when temperature dip below 40 Deg Celsius. Should have LCD / LED display for temperature inside the rack. 9. The Rack should have 24U Usable space (Approximate 800mm Width x 1000mm Depth) 10. Rack should be provided with Aero Acoustic sheet of minimum 10mm for sound proofing with thermal insulation. Rack structure should be made of 1.2 mm thick CRCA sheet with sides and Rear Fixed panels, welded structure as per requirement. 11. Cable entry provision at bottom and back panel (cable gland shall be used for termination of cables, unused openings shall be sealed properly). Rack should be finished with pre-treated powder coating 12. Copper refrigerant piping from indoor to outdoor unit, stand, Conduit pipe with power copper cable 3 core x 2.50 sq mm as per actual requirement at site.
