1. Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG - 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORTandH specifications

Providing and laying 30mm - 45 mm bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG - 30 @ 5.4% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications

1.Design and Construction of RCC Thrust bed of grade M-35 for casting of RCC Boxes inclusive of all materials including cement and reinforcing steel, tools, plants, equipment. labour, fuel, lead and lift etc The rate shall be inclusive of following in addition to above. Providing adequate No. of shear keys or any other arrangement to enable it to take the thrust of jacking. (iv) Providing adequate No. of pin pockets, rail grooves, screed plaster laying, polythene sheets etc. required for Jacking. Jacking of precast RCC boxes of outer dimensions 3600 x3600 (3 Nos)=50 meter each in ength, for crossing NH-48  to form desired opening and length including installation and operation of hydraulic jacks with requisite fittings and fixture, installation of Drag Sheet, Arrangement with all labours, materials, plants, equipment etc. all complete. Rates shall also include: (1) Providing suitable No. of jack pockets, necessary fixtures for jacking and draw sheets. Fabrication and fixing of cutting edge of structural steel as per the approved methodology. Shifting of RCC box over thrust bed for the jacking purpose as necessary. Sealing of joints (with injection grouting or any other methodology approved by Engineer-in-Charge) between various box segments to make them waterproof as per the approved scheme and specifications.
