Design, drawing, construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning (including 3 months trial run) of Sewage Treatment Plants as detailed below based on SBR Technology consisting of inlet chamber, screening chamber, grit chamber, selector tanks, SBR basin, chlorine contact tank, sludge dewatering, CCTV cameras, arrangement for laboratory for measurement of various parameters of untreated and treated effluent etc., administrative building, control room, general toilet, storage room, guard room, laboratory with equipment complete in all respects as per scope of work and detailed specifications mentioned in the Bid document including all civil, mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation etc. and all other relevant works. The work also includes provision for treated waste water to the drain(if required as per the site requirement) and also includes landscaping, drainage and providing street lighting in campus complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. In addition to this testing laboratory with equipment shall be constructed at Jahajgarh only as per the specification along with Online Analyzer. and Operation and maintenance cost for STP and all other works created under the contract for 8 years as well as for defect liability period of 12 months which includes basic service charges having expenditure and expenses required to be incurred on labour, repair and / or replacement of materials, equipments, consumable items, water and all other matters and items of what so ever nature, essential and desirable to run the system satisfactory, Administration and Management, Running of Office, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance, Consumables as per Scope of Work & terms and conditions of contract etc. complete.(This is excluding electric power cost of which shall be borne by the department & high speed diesel which shall be reimbursed to agency by the department as per actual consumption against proof).

NS Part C- DI (K-9) cement lined pipe alongwith O&M for 8 years and 1 year DLP Supply, laying, cutting, jointing, testing and commissioning of DI/K-9 cement lined pipe including excavation i) For disposal of treated water outside the campus of the STPs to a drain and ii) For carrying pumped untreated effluent from MPS to STP as per details below:

A) Min. 700 mm i/d from MPS to STP-50 m (within STP premises)

B) Min. 300 mm i/d from STP to Green Belt nearest Existing Drain- 1100m
