Guarantee Energy Consumption for STP for Treatment Purpose. (Note: - Bidder is required to quote the Guaranteed Energy Consumption in kwh/MLD). The value quoted in Kwh/MLD will be multiplied with 365- Days x 11 Years X 7.35 - Power Unit Rate 100 - Flow,MLD) i.e., ( 365*11*7.35*100=2951025) to arrive total cost of guaranted energy consumption

Land requirement for whole scope of work (Note: Bidder is required to quote the max. area of land in which whole scope of work can be accomodated. Land Cost, as per circle rate considered is INR 10,64,80,000.00 per acre. The maximum land quoted by bidder should not exceed 12 Acres.)

Providing, laying, cutting, jointing, testing and commissioning of rising main of minimum 1200mm i/d DI K9 pipe including excavation for carrying pumped untreated effluent from MPS to STP and other allied works including OandM for 11years including 1 year DLP

Providing lowering, cutting, jointing, testing and commissioning of 2000mm i/d RCC NP3 pipe with 2.5mm thick HDPE lining alongwith construction of manholes, dewatering and dismantling of existing road, if any and its reconstruction including OandM for 11years including 1 year DLP

Design, construction of internal approach road of 4 mtr width with cement concrete M-30 Grade 250mm thickness over a base of 150mm thick wet mix macadam over 150mm granular sub base layer according to Morth Specification including OandM for 11 years including 1 year DLP

Design and Construction of CC pavement of minimum 2 mtr width to connect all units to internal roads with 100mm thickness PCC 1:1.5:3 over 100mm thick 1:3:6 alongwith provision of kerbs and channel with suitable opening of disposal of storm water runoff in front of buildings and electrical panel rooms including OandM of 11 years including 1 year DLP

Design and Construction of storm water drain including OandM of 11 years including 1 year DLP

Landscaping and horticulture including OandM for 11 years including 1 year DLP

Supply and fixing of signages as per norms including OandM for 11 Years.

Provision of Polyelectrolyte as per actual consumption.

Provision of Alum as per actual consumption

Provision of Lime as per actual consumption

Provision of Chlorine as per actual consumption.

Provision of DWPE as per actual consumption

Note: 1. The bidder has to quote item 1 and item 3 in INR on Lump Sum basis exclusive of GST. 2. Bidder has to quote item no. 6 to 17 in INR on unit rate basis. The price quoted from Item No.6 to Item No. 17 will be paid as per actual work done/ consumption. The quoted rate shall be exclusive of GST. 3. For item 2, the bidder has to quote the guaranteed power consumption for the MPS in kwh for each MLD of raw water pumped (inclusive of power consumption for Pumping and associated infrastructure) and should abide to it during operation, any increase in power consumption during operation shall result in penalization and recovery beyond guaranteed power consumption from the running bills as per the clause 3.5.3 of PART -3 : Payment Schedule of Vol-IV of this bid document. No claim/relaxation on account of increase in power consumption due to any reason will be entertained by GMDA 4. For item 4, the bidder has to quote the guaranteed power consumption for treatment to achieve the desired result and should abide to it during operation, any increase in power consumption during operation shall result in penalization and recovery beyond guaranteed power consumption from the running bills as per the clause 3.5.3 of PART -3 : Payment Schedule of Vol-IV of this bid document. No claim/relaxation on account of increase in power consumption due to any reason will be entertained by GMDA 5. The item 5 of BoQ to be quoted by bidder (in acres) as the maximum land requirement for whole scope of work i.e. MPS, STP, CBG Plant and any other associated infrastructure. In case bidder consume more land than quoted during construction, the same shall result in penalisation & recovery beyond guaranted maximum land use quoted by bidder.
