Note: 1. The bidder has to quote item 1 and item 3 in INR on Lump Sum basis exclusive of GST.
2. Bidder has to quote item no. 6 to 17 in INR on unit rate basis. The price quoted from Item No.6 to Item No. 17 will be paid as per actual work done/ consumption. The quoted rate shall be exclusive of GST.
3. For item 2, the bidder has to quote the guaranteed power consumption for the MPS in kwh for each MLD of raw water pumped (inclusive of power consumption for Pumping and associated infrastructure) and should abide to it during operation, any increase in power consumption during operation shall result in penalization and recovery beyond guaranteed power consumption from the running bills as per the clause 3.5.3 of PART -3 : Payment Schedule of Vol-IV of this bid document. No claim/relaxation on account of increase in power consumption due to any reason will be entertained by GMDA
4. For item 4, the bidder has to quote the guaranteed power consumption for treatment to achieve the desired result and should abide to it during operation, any increase in power consumption during operation shall result in penalization and recovery beyond guaranteed power consumption from the running bills as per the clause 3.5.3 of PART -3 : Payment Schedule of Vol-IV of this bid document. No claim/relaxation on account of increase in power consumption due to any reason will be entertained by GMDA
5. The item 5 of BoQ to be quoted by bidder (in acres) as the maximum land requirement for whole scope of work i.e. MPS, STP, CBG Plant and any other associated infrastructure. In case bidder consume more land than quoted during construction, the same shall result in penalisation & recovery beyond guaranted maximum land use quoted by bidder.
