Providing & laying of HDPE pipe (100 mm i/d) Grading PE 63, trench-less at required depth without obestracting the underground structures (For laying 1.5sqmm 12 core & 6 core cables as mentioned at serial no 1&2) threw this HDPE pipe to connect respective poles to control box). By Hydraulic Drilling Device without cutting of the road top surface, from the feeding point to the feeder pillar box in median (OR) from feeder pillar to respective traffic light pole including cost of all accessories for road crossing for laying of cables, compelete in all respects including the cost of all required accessories and bring the site in its orignal position, upto the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge, confirming to HRY PWD specification/IRC specifications and approved by competent authority. Note:- Technical & Functional specification attached at ANNEXURE-A, Sr.No. 3.

Supply & Erection of 300mm dia Signal Heads of pure polycarbonate material with LED of Single source narrow beam type with clear lens & Luminance uniformity, RED,GREEN ARROW AMBER retrofit kit , EN certified, CE as per EN-12368 complete in all respects including the cost of all required accessories upto the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. RED, AMBER Green Arrow. Confirming to BIS (Last amended)/ IRC specifications and approved by competent authority. Note:- Technical & Functional specification attached at ANNEXURE-A, Sr.No. 6.

Removal / shifting /placing of LED aspect at new/same place including the cost of all required accessories with commissioning upto the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Note:- In case of any damage /loss/theft during removal/shifting the entire resposibility will be on the part of contractual agency, in that case same will be replaced by new one by contractual agency at his own cost.

Removal / shifting /placing of Microprocessor based reverse countdown at new/same place including the cost of all required accessories with commissioning upto the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Note:- In case of any damage /loss/theft during removal/shifting the entire resposibility will be on the part of contractual agency, in that case same will be replaced by new one by contractual agency at his own cost.

Construction of Concrete foundation for Hexagonal standard pole / cantilever galvanized octagonal pole , RCC foundation 1:1.5:3 for size 600x600x1800mm with minimum 12 mm dia 8 nos main reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c and J-hook rods of required lenght & dia (20mm-25mm dia )with MS plate 600x600x12 mm thick for fixing the pole with all labour and material required to complete the job.Compelete in all respects including the cost of all required accessories upto the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge, confirming to HRY PWD specification/IRC specifications and approved by competent authority. Note:- Technical & Functional specification attached at ANNEXURE-A, Sr.No. 10.

Supply of Cantilever (6.5+0.5) = 7 mtr. long Galvanized octagonal pole having top dia 100mm bottom dia 200 mm with a base plate is 320 x 320 x 20mm. pole sheet thickness is 4.5/5.0 mm, with a suitable arm of (4+2)=6 mtrs with a thickness of 3mm having a top dia of 75mm, bottom dia 100mm, with suitable foundation accessories nut bolts, i.e. 25mm dia 4 nos 850mm along with junction box in pole with steel rope) specification and steel grading shall be as per BSEN 10025 compelete in all respects including the cost of all required accessories upto the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Note: - 1. On an adequate and strong foundation so as to withstand city weather conditions and wind speed of 180km / hr. Casting of civil foundation with foundation bolts to ensure vibration free under different climatic condition. 2. Specification and steel grading shall be as per BSEN 10025 compelete in all respects including the cost of all required accessories upto the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge,confirming to HRY PWD specification/IRC specifications and approved by competent authority.
