The required prior work experience for the bidder includes work performed as a contractor or sub-contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last seven years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the value of work. - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the value of work. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the value of work. The monetary values of similar works completed are: - Three works: Rs 3906.34 Lacs - Two works: Rs 4882.93 Lacs - Single Work: Rs 7812.68 Lacs The bidder should have experience of Construction of Main Pumping station Or Construction of Sewage treatment plant (STP) with MPS without Sewerage network. For works costing more than Rs. 64.01 Lacs, the bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 95% completed as on the date of submission.
