The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for a certain quantity or percentage, such as 20% of the bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 years of experience for same/similar service - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band - 1 year of past experience - 30 days backup is required for CCTV systems - 5 years of functional and registered office in the consignee location - 9 years of presence in India for OEM of CCTV equipment Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - ISO 9001 certification - ISO 14001:2004 certification - ISO 27001 certification - ISO 45001 certification - BIS certification - ONVIF membership certification - CE/FCC/UL/BIS certifications (where applicable) - Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR - OEM certificate - Test Report/supporting document/reports to prove the conformity of the product as per specification - ISO 20000 certificates
