31.63 Supply installation testing and commissioning of wall/free standing floor mounting dust & vermin proof compartmentalized cubical panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, required hardware 3mm thick bakelite sheet provided all along the bus bar cable alley separating switches compartment and supporting cutable channel duly painted by 2 coat of Zinc/ Red Oxid primer having PU/Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness separate detachable gland plate MS base channel hinged door with inter locking arrangement for equipment/switch wear. Transparent acrylic sheet shall be provided in front of bus bar compartment to prevent direct access to bus bar bakelite sheet 3 mm thick for separately cable alley to BBC from switch chamber Extended solid copper bars up to cable alleys shall be provided for outgoing connection which shall be paid as extra items. Side walls and cable alley comartments shall be having bolted type doors with detachable extension type structure. The panel will be complete with control wiring (Copper) and fuse protection. (Only outer area on all sides shall be measured)

31.64 Supplying and fixing of copper bus bar duly tinned by means of SMC/DMC type insulator high tensile nuts and boltes spring washers fixing to same in existing panel including bending, cutting in required shape and size and insulation with colour coding heat shrinkable PVC insulation Complete in all respect.

31.65 Providing and fixing digital equipment for LT cubical panel consisting of 96mm x 96mm 0-500 V, Volt meter with selector switch, Amp meter ( of required ratio upto 600/5 amp.) with selector switch and required C.Ts 3 Nos…., a set of 3 No. Phase indication lamp RYB LED.

31.66 Supply & fixing of rotary handle for on/off operation of existing MCCB in the LT panel including fixing the same in position with all labour and material requied to complete the job in all respect. (i) Rotary handle upto 125 Amp. MCCB

31.67 Supply and erection of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1Mtr. Below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of sutiable size socket/cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. NS-2 Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 11 KV indoor H.T. Metering panel complete with CTs, PTs cubical and electronics meter with accuracy class 0.5 as per requirement / approved by HVPN Consisting of the following : (i) Cubical panel free standing floor mounting type made of sheet steel 14-G SWG CRCA sheet with channel iron base frame spray paintd with strong Synthetic grey channel paint as per size & design approved by HVPN . (ii) 3 Nos. 11 KV CTs of rating as approved by HVPN for indoor installation of approved make of HVPN. (iii) One No. 11 KV PT 11000/110 Volts 10 KA burden 0.5 accuracy oil filled suitable for indoor installation of approved make of HVPN. (iv) Digital electronic meter 3 Phase 4 wires 0.5 accuracy for recording reading operating system for difference kind of readings. NS-3 Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of cubical type dust & vermin proof LT automatic power factor control panel 95 KVAR capacity suitable for automatic operation and control power factor within the set limit free standing floor mounting made out of 14 G mild steel sheet with channel iron base frame painted with stoving synthetic light grey enameled paint suitable for operation on 3 phae 4 wire 50 cycles, per second 400 / 440 volts AC supply equipped with the following ( as per diagram attached ) 1 No. automatic power factor control relay of GE / L&T make space for incomer 200 amp tripple pole MCCB. NS-4 Supply and erection of Fire extinguisher ISI mark ( Ajay make ) Co2 type of 4.5 Kg. capacity as per IS 7285 duly erected / hung on wall with hooks with all labour & petty material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of work.

NS-5 Supply & erection of MS bucket stand which include cost of 6 Nos. fire bucket with 9 liter capacity with stand filling including cost of welding & painting of complete stand & buckets with one coat of red oxide and two coats of approved paint of red colour written with fire on the buckets as per fire protection with all labour and material required to compelte the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of work.

NS-6 Supply and erection of Rubber Mat of size 2m x 1 m x 12 mm thick suitable for 11 KV complete in all respect make & model approved by Chief Electrical Inspector.

NS-7 S/E of 11 KV gang operated switch 'Jayshree make' conforming to IS with latest amendment including suitable size of copper blade erection of same on the existing 'H' pole with the help of 3 Nos. channels of size 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm, 1.8 M. long fixed with suitable size of MS clamp, nuts & bolts including cost of 6 Nos. 11 KV insulator with GI Pin, RD fuses and painting with 2 coats of approved paint and one coat of red oxide material required to complete the job in all respect utpo the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of work.

NS-8 Supply & erection of lightening Arrestor Model SDU ALPRO make suitable for 11 KV 3 Phase 50 Hz grounded neutral system comprising of Speek gap type ( Quench gap type ) in series with non liner resister element housesed in horizontally Scale porcelain bushing with line and ground terminal along with mounting clamps Conforming to ISS 3070 (Part-1) of 1985 with latest amendment with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect utpo the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of work.

NS-9 Providing and fixing of stay set complete with stay wire with dis insulator as per specification upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of work.

NS-10 Providing and fixing of wire mesh jali around the transformer of size 4'x 8' made out of 75 x 25 x 3.25 mm jali fixed with angle iron frame made out of M.S. angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm support of M.S. flat 50 x 6 mm and fixed in C.C. Block 1:2:4 including cutting, welding etc. as per drawing complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

NS-11 Erection of MS Angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm, M.S. flat & nuts & bolts including cutting, bending to the required shape drilling holding carriage, painting loading & unloading complete in all respect.
