Cement concrete 1:8:16 with brick ballast 40 mm Nominal size in foundation and plinth.(HSR 10.26)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm Nominal size in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level. (HSR.10.59).

Cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm Nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thinkness (straight and curved) beams, girders,stairs, columns,(square olr rectangular ) battens and lintels etc. excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering , laid in position ,complete in all respects(HSR.10.86+10.95,a)

Providing and laying 80mm thick ISI Marked interlocking paver blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006 / IRC: SP: 63-2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect.(HSR 10.159)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar1:4 in foundation and plinth. (HSR.11.4)

Conglomerate floor 50 mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 (HSR.14.10)

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on walls (HSR 15.5)

15m thick cement plaster 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall ( HSR 15.10).

Steel work , fixed independently without connecting plates, including cutting, hosting and fixing in position in: - (c) tees, angles and channels. (HSR 18.1 c)

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats, square bars, tee and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed staircase or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guard etc., including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position. (HSR 18.12)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR / FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all eights/depths/storeys/basements etc. (HSR 18.22). Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. From the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calculated in tones on the basis of IS:1732.Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material labour charges scaffolding sundries etc. complete (J.K/Birla make)(HSR 16.81) L.R

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint (HSR 16.5) L.R

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. (HSR 16.9) L.R

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces. (HSR 16.25) L.R

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. ( HSR 16.79) L.R

N.S Recovery items Civil work

Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount, rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency.

Collection of bricks received after dismantling of brick and tiles work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 3/- each.

Collection of brick bats received after dismantling of brick and tiles work. (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 400/- per cum.
