31.22 (Q) Earthing. 31.22(i) Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. as required .

31.22(ii) Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

31.22(xii) Pdg. and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

31.22(xvi) Pdg. and fixing 4.00 mm dia G.I.wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required .

31.67 Supply and erection of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1Mtr. Below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of sutiable size socket/cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. (ii) HDPE pipe 90/75 mm outer dia/inner dia.

31.68 Supply and Erection of Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole of 3mm thickness with base plate including cost of nut and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacture including cost of foundation accessories etc. The foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanized pole complete with natural links including connectin etc. with suitable connection arrangement for 2 No. MCBs/ Kit Kat including cost of R.C.C 1:1 5:3 for longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm C.C for fixing the pole eith all labour & material required to complete the jobin all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. (ii) 9 Mtr. Long pole with top dia 70mm and bottom dia 155 mm with base plate of size 260x260x16mm

M.R. items NS-1 Supply & Erection of Single / double bracket made of 40mm dia G l pipe B class lSl 1.50mtr. Long with coller pipe (Gl) 75mm dia 60 cm Long top covered with ornamental cap duly welded painted 2 coats of aluminum paints on bracket and golden paint of ornamental cap including the cost of labour and petty material etc. complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge of the work. (ii) Double arm bracket

NS-2 Supply and Erection of LED street light lumanaries of Bajaj BRTFG 150W LED or its equivalent make of / Philips BRP-322 LED 147 CW / Havells make ENDURAPLUS ENSL 150W LED / Crompton LSTMI-150CDL-A / Surya SLE UL 150 watt IP66 LXN with die cast housing, toughened glass with all acessories as supplied by the manufacturer with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the Entire Satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

NS-3 Supply & erection of outdoor duly factory manufactured feeder panel to operate S/L system made out of C.R.C.A. sheet 2 mm thick of App. Size ( 1100 L x 1400 H x 300 D ) mm with hot type canopy ventilation slots ( box type ) angle iron / channel iron frame of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm on both sides. The panel should have double door godrej Almirah type weather proof with locking arrangement. The panel as such be made in two compartments one for space of energy meter with glass & solid wire mesh and sealing arrangements. The second compartment to accommodate the complete control system. Both the compartment is to accommodate system of set of timer, Copper Bus bar of size 400 mm x 20 mm x 3 mm duly tinned & insulated. The panel duly painted in powder coated gray shade. The main pannel door fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality to make it water proof. The panel should be fixed on C.C. Block size 1300 mm x 500 mm x 250 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster having a C.C. base of size 1500 mm x 750 mm x 250 mm below ground level.

NS-4 Supply and erection of 32/63 Amp. 3 Phase automatic time switch of L&T make alongwith contactor of required capacity of L&T make movement controlled by precisaty quartz osciliation operation on main supply of continue to run on built in rechargeable nickel cadium cell for 150 hours in the event of power failure including cost of contractor complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

NS-5 Supply and erection of 40 Amp. 3 Phase AC Energy Meter in built C. T. 40/5 ( Approved by H.V.P.N on existing pole with clamps of required size including making necessary connections with petty material required to Complete the Job in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge of the work .

NS-6 Trechless horizontal boring 1 Mtr. Below ground level but excluding the cost of HDPE pipe with all labour and material to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Recoverable items NS-7 Dismantling and after buy back of 11 Mtr. Long pole including dismantlement charges from the Central verge of road with labour required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-8 Dismantling of existing street light bracket from 11 Mtr. Long pole and deposit in Govt. Store including loading unloading, transportation charges with labour required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-9 Credit of dismantled old 250W street light fittings more than 5-10 year old Credit of old (8-10 years) 250W sodium light fittings including dismantlement from existing STP / Octagonal pole.
