(L) Miniature Circuit Breaker and Isolator. 31.17 Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker / isolator 240 /415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections. (a) Miniature circuit breakers of 9 KA breaking capacity. 31.17(a) (ii) TP MCB of 9 KA breaking capacity 6 amp. to 32 amp.

31.17(a) (iii) TP MCB of 9 KA breaking capacity 40 amp. to 63 amp.

(P) Pipe Laying. 31.21 Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. 31.21 (xxii) Heavy gauge welded conduit pipe 25 mm dia 1.60 mm thickness flushed.

31.21(xxx) Supply and erection of PVC pipe of 6 kg. pressure laid 1 meter below ground level complete including digging refilling of the trench with jointing etc. 31.21(xxx) (b) PVC pipe 80 mm dia.

31.22 Earthing. 31.22(i) Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. as required .

31.22(ii) Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

31.22(iii) Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

31.22(v) Extra for charcoal or coke and salt for G.I. Plate or copper plate earth electrode.

31.22(xi) Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

31.63 Supply installation testing and commissioning of wall/ free standing floor mounting dust and vermin proof compartmentalized cubical panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA street, required hardware 3 mm thick bakelite sheet provided all along with bus bar and cable alley separating switches compartment and supporting suitable channel duly painted by 2 coat of zinc/ Red oxide primer followed by 2 coat of powder coating in gray or required shade after rising. The panel having PU/Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3 mm thickness separate detachable gland plate MS base channel hinged door with inter locking agreement for equipment / switch wear. Transparent acrylic sheet shall be provided in front of bus bar compartment to prevent direct access to bus bar bakelite sheet 3 mm thick for separately cable alley to BBC from switch chamber Extended solid copper bars upto cable alleys shall be provided for outgoing connection which shall be paid as extra items. Side walls and cable alley compartments shall be having bolted type doors with detachable extension type structure. the panel will be complete with control wiring (copper) and fuse protection ( only outer area on all sides shall be measured)

31.64 Supplying and fixing of copper bus bar duly tinned by means of SMC / BMC type insulatter high tensile nuts and bolts spring washer fixing to same in existing pannel including bending, cutting in required shape and size and insulation with colour coding heat shrinkable PVC insulation complete in all respect.

31.65 Pdg. and fixing digital metering equipment for LT cubical panel consisting of 96 mm x 96mm 0-500V, Volt meter with selector switch amp meter (Of required ratio upto 600/5 amp) with selector switch and required C.Ts 3 Nos. a set of 3 Nos. phase indication lamp RYB LED.

31.66 Supply and fixing of rotary handle for on/off operation of existing MCCBs in the L.T panel including fixing the same in position with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect. (i) Rotary handle upto 125 A MCCB

31.67 Supply and errection of double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1 meter below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of suitable size socket / cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of the labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. M.R. items NS-1 Supply and erection of double door (Indo Asain / Havells/ standard make) sheet steel enclosure distribution board (suitable for MCCB as incomer and MCB for out going circuit but with out cost of MCCB/MCB etc. The distribution board duly recessed in wall/surface mounting necessary connections with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.
