Guniting on concrete/brick work using step ladder/scaffolding as supplied on hire erected by the contractor using compressor guniting drum gun and piping as supplied by the contractor on hire charges operating charges using drum mixed cement/screened sand in proportion 1:3 as per IS 9012 (1938) at 2.1 to 2.8 kg/per Sq. Centimetre (av) 40 mm th. To columns, slabs beams, chhajjas, i/c finishing the surface with sand faced plaster as per specs. and for thickness as directed & 3 coats of white wash, colour wash, cement paint, oil bound distemper, plastic, emulsion, as per specs. and as directed after curing, guniting surface for 7 days i/c of replacement of windows etc. during guniting and disposal of debris-(d) for additional 40 mm thickness (HSR 10.138)

Providing & Fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595×595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance. (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 285%, Thermal Conductivity K=0.052 -0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6&7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15×32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised @ 80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85×25x2mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main 'T'. The system should rest on periphery walls/partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with helop of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S.screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T- sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. With or without groves. (HSR 13.92)

Preparation of plastered surface for distempering including sand papering the surface, applying filling with approved quality filler, consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. (HSR 16.51)

Providing & applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material labour charges, scaffolding sundries etc. complete (J.K./Birla make) (HSR 16.81)

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats excluding priming coat on new work. (HSR 16.57)

Painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood-work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. (HSR 16.7)

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles 600x600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJA-RIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHNSONS & RAK (HSR 14.89)

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600x600 mm of approved make in skirting/Dado laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJA-RIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHNSONS. (HSR 14.90)

Fine dressed and machine rubbed red sand stone (from Agra) 25 mm to 30 mm thick on wall facing (lining) on wall , Pillars, Skirting, dado and riser of step laid in any pattern as specified on 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 with neat cement with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone including labour for fixing cramps dowels and pins etc. (HSR 14.59)
