The same luminaire shall be available with minimum 7 different beam angles including variants in asymmetric beam angle. The luminaire shall be suitable for working in ambient temp of -10 to plus 55 degree centigrade (IEC60598). The luminaire must be having Class 1 Electrical insulation, IP66 ingress and IK08 impact protection, Power factor =.95 at full load. Fixture must have life class of 50000 burning hour as per L70B50 at Ta 35c. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer before supply of material. The LED Luminaire and it`s driver both should be BIS registered. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of high-quality integrated LED Flood Light with a minimum system lumen of 52800lm and system wattage not exceeding 470W (±2%) with a nominal system efficacy =110 lumen/watt. The housing should be of non-corrosive high-pressure single piece pressure die-cast aluminium to withstand extreme environments. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. with PF = 0.95. Lifetime of 75K hours @L70 at 35deg C ambient temperature. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The luminaire shall be IP66 and IK08 compliant. Driver/SPD shall be maintainable/replaceable without accessing the LED compartment. The luminaire shall employ potted drivers. The potting shall be done using asphalt or combination of asphalt and silicon. The input voltage range for driver shall be 120-277V AC. The luminaire shall be powered using 0-10V analogue dimmable driver having THD=10% (@full load), PF = 0.95 (@full load), In-built surge protection of 4KV. The driver should be capable of withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown/cut-off at less than 90V and 325V(±15V) and have an auto recovery feature. The driver shall comply to IEC61547 and IEC 61000-3-2. The driver shall be EMI/EMC Complied as per EN55015/CISPR15.The Luminaire should have a 20 KV /10 KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire.
