COOLING TOWER PACKAGE ON LUMPSUM TURNKEY BASIS WITH SINGLE POINT RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES OF WORKS FORM-SP-0

Total Lump-sum Price on Turnkey basis for Cooling Tower Package comprising of extension of existing RCC cooling tower by two new cells with capacity of each cell as 4000m3/hr and its associated facilities (cold water basin and clod water channel extension including foundation works, Modifications/ Additions in the existing H2SO4 dosing system and side stream filters, all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works, hooking up with existing system etc.) with single point responsibility including but not limited to design, detailed engineering, procurement, supply of all materials, equipment’s installation, construction, fabrication, erection, manufacture, receipt, storage, conservation and preservation of all materials at site, handling at site, assembly, painting, testing, Pre-commissioning, commissioning and guaranteeing of Cooling Water system, post commission services and fulfilment of performance guarantee including one (1) month of trial run after commissioning and supply of consumables and lubricants required for first fill of the CoolingTower on Turnkey basis as per scope of work mentioned elsewhere in bid document. Completion of all works in all respects as per provisions of the Bidding Document and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, including anyother activity of work required to complete the Plant in all respects to make the Plant functional.
