13.13-Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86 cm X 11.43 cm X 3.81 cm, laid over 87.50 mm mud filling, on a layer of 25 mm mud plaster and an other layer of mud mortar for laying the tiles over a polythene film of 100 micron (0.1 mm) thickness with 25 mm thick layer of of fine sand, above and below the polythene film, laid on top of R.C.C., slab, including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surface to be left clean.

14.89-Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. 14.92 (b)-Providing and Fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to b specified by the manu-facture) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete :- size of ceramic glazed tiles 300x450mm

10.28.-Cement concrete 1 : 8 : 16 with stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal sie in foundation and plinth.

16.25.-Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces.Ist quality paint

17.97(a)-Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 grade I type II in paneling fixed in aluminum doors . Windows shutters and partition frames with c.p. brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete : - pre laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side & balancing lamination on both side .

18.22.-Cold twisted deformed (:ribbed/tor steel) bars for R.C.C. works, where not included in the complete rate of R.C.C including bending, binding and placing in positon complete.
