Waist Trainer-Providing, designing and fixing twister of size: 1365× 1708 x 1292 mm fabricated with main post of 140 mm dia and 3.00 mm thick and rest of the pipe 2.75mm, yellow sleeve dia 159mm thickness 8.0mm,handle beam is dia 33 thickness 2.75mm, Under plate pipe is dia 48 mm thickness 2.75mm, having bottom plate 260 mm dia with thickness 12.00 mm with ABS cap/ cover , all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and pre galvanized, having oil degreasing treatment and sand blasting de-rusting treatment must be used before powder coating treatment with baking temperature of more than 200 degree celsius using high quality paint nippon or equivalent of 90 - 120 micron thickness. All joints of pipe should be cut by CNC laser cutting and robotic welded, with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Foothold shall be made up of steel 4.00 mm thick , with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and welded/attached to main structure for vandalism proof design and long life. Bearing No 6205 used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self-lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer in charge. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movement. All open ends of pipe to be closed by steel/LLDPE caps for user safety. The Equipment must confirm the quality standards such as DIN 79000 and EN 16630.The equipment must have TUV certification in the manufacturing process. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with concrete of  minimum strength M -25 with J-bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover, (Including concrete base of size- 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.60 M). All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipment etc.

Leg Stretcher-The main frame of leg  stretcher hall consist of 80 NB G.I. pipes with two suitably designed brackets attached on it. Brackets have to be made of M.S. material with G.I. plating. The moving frame oflLeg press is to be made of 40NB G.I. pipes which is to be mounted to the main frame with the help of suitably designed, machined shaft and bearing housing. Bearings used are to be of oil sealed, self-lubricating. Make of bearing shall be as per approved make list. Foot rest is to be hinged to the main frame with the help of suitably designed G.I. plated clamp and 25 NB G.I. pipes. Gusset plates have to be provided to give extra strength to foot rest. Foot rest is to made of high quality HDPE material. Suitably designed HDPE pads has to be provided at the bottom of moving frame. Seat and back rest provided has to be made of HDPE.. All pipes are to be uniformly powder coated up to minimum 60 micron thickness to avoid corrosion. All open ends of pipe is to be close by GI/HDPE caps for user safety against entrapment. All welding joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Padals shall be made up of nylon alloy with rounded edge of prevent any impact of injury and seat to be made from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic 4.00mm, colourful and UV resistant environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oiled sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Equipment to be fitted within built limiters to prevent unwanted movements. All open ends of pipe to be coloured by GI/LLDPE caps for user safety.
