Providing,designing and Fixing of Leg Press of size 2000x550x1600mm fabricated with main post of 114 mm dia and 3mm thick and other pipes of 40mm dia 3mm thick made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized, and powder coated 80-120mm micron thick using Akzo Nobel or equipment in desired shade and colour. all welding joints of pipes shall be robotic welded with joint scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs . Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Base plate cover shall be made up of version LLDPE plastic by rotational moulding with minimum 4mm thickness UV resident and colour as approved by engineer in charge. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foot hold shall be made of nylon alloy with rounded edge to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearing should be used in equipment manufactured by reputed compony douly sealed and self lubricated to be approved by engineer in charge. Equipment to be fitted with in built limiters. The equipment should be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M25 and J shaped welded bolts and when concrete is set Fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts. th the equipment should be koxtan in quality

The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M25 and J shaped welded bolts and once the concrete is set, fix the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with the base plate cover, all complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipment etc..
